No option is perfect, and there are some options that seem better or worse than others. For the price and the complications, the Elist implant doesnt seem to be the best option for me. I have been on here reading many of the post as well as looking on other sites in regards to the surgery and I feel that it may be worth the risk. I have what many consider to be a needle Dick and I am hoping the surgery can help me. My girlfriend seems content with my size and we are in a loving relationship but I feel that I am not able to please her the way she should be pleased and that insecurity has begun to affect our relationship. I am trying to find out what the cost of the surgery are( I am just trying to gain Girth) also is it possible for me to go back to work a week after the surgery.
