I'm going to get the juvederm ultra plus maybe friday just to see how it looks, feel etc. Also to see his injection points this way I'll know if I'm capable of doing it myself. We have to remember that this is a booming business for these guys and just like any other business you have to make a profit. Therefore to answer your question indiano123, yes he told me he only uses 1.8 syringes or something to that affect.

I received an email from the doctor. This what he said about the procedure:
Thank you for your inquiry regarding Phalloplasty- Male Enhancement.
The ligament release procedure can give you an increase of an Inch to
an Inch and a half of length. This is permanent. However, you may see
the result initially in a Flaccid state and not in the Erect state,
which varies from person to person. As far as procedures for Girth
enhancement, we offer fat harvesting or alloderm implant.
The ligament release procedure gives you an increase in length,
alloderm and fat injections increase the Girth of the penis. The
Phalloplasty procedure starts at $4,000 for the fat transfer under
local anesthesia. For the alloderm implant the cost is $6000. The
ligament release is $5700. You have the option of doing a combination
of the procedures, as well. Ligament with fat is $7200, ligament with
alloderm is $8200. With the fat transfer procedure, you have the
option of having up to 3 injections within 12 months of the
harvesting. There is no fee for storing the fat, and each additional
injection is $550.
If you are interested, there is financing information and applications
available on our website. The financing company is CareCredit. There
is an additional fee of $250 charged by the practice for working with
the financing company, and they offer payment plans for 6 mos, 24 mos,
36 mos, 48 mos and 60 mos.
Please call our office 24 hours a day to ask any questions or to
schedule your free consultation. 866-477-2023
Sincerely,
Dr. Elliot Heller, M.D./Plastic Surgeon

HD don't quote me but I believe he uses Juvederm Ultra with the lidocaine. At least that is what I noted 7 weeks ago when I first went--again--he might use something different now, but I think that's what he said.

Mirza opens in front of you. Heller is still up in the air - but just not knowing is a deal breaker for me. I'm not paying $350 for a cc of Elmer's Glue

The Ellanse price is $4,200 for 12cc
Not sure if that means it is equally prone to lumps or nodules, but rather than keep bothering Wade I will call and ask the office directly - sounds like there are similar issues.
The three year Ellanse product is the longest lasting product that is registered in Mexico. The cost is $4200 for 12cc, and the typical gains are between .5 and .75 in Erect circumference.
Both Radiese and Ellanse behave just like PMMA as far as aftercare, feel, and esthetics. We apply both products as we would PMMA.

For the moment I'm not pursuing any surgery. I'm glad I waited out on PMMA, it seems to be not a great solution, plus more importantly (for me) I think I might marry the girl I'm with now and she's very small down there, so enhancement would make it just silly.

I did some research on Heller as I was getting close to going to him and I saw that his medical license was revoked by NJ for fraud and possibly Penn? I can't tell but it is not inspiring. He said he was a plastic surgeon but according to health grades he is certified only in Eyes, Ears and Throat (Otolaryngology) although he lists Plastic Surgery as a specialty but with no certification.
The other red flag was that I read 2 reviews questioning whether the fillers were legit as there was 0 difference before and after, and he didn't open the packets in front of the patients.
He also lists himself as a founding member of American Academy of Aesthetic and Restorative Surgery which takes you to a website saying it's nonprofit license was revoked and nothing else;and a founding member of another organization that does not exist, at least on the internet - New Jersey Cosmetic Surgery Society.
He also told me that he does more Phalloplasty than any other Dr. in the US which I was willing to believe/or not - but he just got his license back in 2013 once he fulfilled his suspension according to the court docs that I read.
He may have been practicing in another state, it was dense legal speak and I had a hard time following. I actually feel guilty posting such negative stuff - but just in case anyone wants to go to him they can consider this.0 Malpractice ClaimsNo malpractice history found for New York.2 SanctionsDisciplinary action in another state (11/30/2003)Action Taken: RevocationSummary: Dr. Elliot M.
