It shows Dr. Elist being interviewed with another (Argentinian) Doctor about his implant procedure. Even though the videos in Spanish, Dr. Elist does his presentation in English and has a tablet he uses to detail his procedure. Maybe someone can chime in on whether the implant shown is the "newest" version? The implant looks like the new one. It is a lot more flexible than the older one and it is a one piece... He did say that it adds length but I think he meant Flaccid length. If anything, it almost always caused RETRACTION to the Erect penis. However, it is known to add Flaccid length due to it keeping the penis stretched 24/7.
