I appreciate your contribution to this forum and that you are looking out for fellow members and educating them of potential problems with retaining the services of Mr. Salas. I, too, share similar concerns. I would remind you though to keep your dialogue in accordance with forum guidelines and not refer to Mr. Salas as a "douchebag" -- saying that he is a "ripoff" is fine, as that is a judgment based on the merits of his services. Further, you have accused lasttime as being Mr. Salas' PR rep. A better way to phrase this might be "Are you Mr. Salas' PR rep?", as that is a question that can be affirmed or denied. Otherwise, you are arguably making an "unfounded allegation" (which is also in violation of the rules).

lastime, could you be Dan Salas's PR rep? Talking to patients, buddy-buddy with Dan Salas...whatever, listen here, Dan is a rip-off in my strictest of opinion, he over charges $800 for a services anyone else can do on their own, WHY WOULD ANY EUROPEAN/AMERICAN/PRO-WESTERNER THROW AWAY CASH IN OUR ECONOMY??? IT'S STUPID AND PEOPLE ARE TOO TRUSTING IN THIS PE BUSINESS, thats how folks get ripped off, they trust just about anyone because they want an honest solution. Dan was backing the spacer & now he's not, and now folks are having it removed, he has no medical integrity because he lacks serious clinical knowledge, now i understand why i thought he wasn't the sharpest nurse, b/c he was actually a surg tech, so then he lied to me that he was a nurse, that means someone like myself who was an EMT & is a Respiratory Therapist is more medically competent, plus the load of classes i've taken to satify my Biology major adds for a little something . What safetly can a short guy like Dan or myself provide to a Brit in Tj or hell even here in the states. Listen, its a rip-off! I could pay a female escort the same amount i would be paying Dan Salas, and that includes many many happy endings. And why would i ever want to stay at someone's home, PEOPLE ARE TOO TRUSTING, PLEASE EXERCISE BETTER JUDGEMENT!!! FRIENDS OF THE BOARD MUST UNDERSTAND: Med-Surg techs know the surgeons equipment like the back of their hand, but outside of that they have little to no knowledge of human physiology or have NEVER taken a University level pathology course, surg techs have a 7-8month trade school education for crying out loud! You would be more safer and more responsible if you heed the wound-care advise from Dr Comacho-melo's staff or Dr. Casavantes' office. Tj is just as safe as some parts of Los Angeles, trust me i'm a LA native, if the Brit didn't have a backbone to travel, it may serve him right to get ripped-off $800. I have no simpathy for folks who like waisting money. lastime, thank you for contributing. And i apologize if my undertone comes out too strong. But there is a reason why Dan is cautioned from this forum, please figure it out. His EXS system was crap and his services are still a RIP-OFF. Salud

I just spoke with another patient from Mexico that I have pictures of his entire surgery process that Dan took, and he gained 2 inches in length. In the pictures when he was on the operating table, it look like he gained 3 -4 inches,,, seriously. But that is also with fat injection that gave him a incredible and smooth Girth. Today on the phone, he tells me that it has absorbed a little but is not uneven or lumpy..which is my biggest concern with FFT. Dr. Camacho says he does not prefer PMMA, for reasons that are still unclear, but he will have Casavantes come up and do it for the patient if that is what the patient really wants. By the way, I do not know if the 2 inches the patient got was in the Flaccid or Erect but on the operation pictures it look like a complete transformation and huge gain either way. The V-Y scar was very thin and tight, however it is all about the healing process afterwards that matters.

Lastime- I am not sure where you go your info but I have been communicationg with Dr Camachos office and they stated that they either do a horizontal incision above the penis (pubic bone area) or they can also go in via the scrotum. And YES they do use a silicone spacer. I can cut n paste the emails from his office if anyone needs them. Also the lengthening procdure costs 2500.00 In february it was 2000.00 but they recently increased it.

My beef as i suspected is that Dan's services are over-rated, we chatted two times in the lobby at the hospital he works or worked at in orange county, ca. Dan can never find a Doctor to hold onto, he's worked with Urologist, pediatric Urologist, & now most recently several general & plastic surgeons. Before i went back to school this year, to work on my Bachelor's in Biology, I've worked 2-years as an EMT(Ambulance & Emergency Dept. experience), and 2-years as a Respiratory Therapist (ED Staff, ICU, neonatal intern experience). My point being is that Dan's experience as an RN is over-rated, he's been facilitating this PE hobby for years, and now he's capitalized this hobby into a business, which I personally believe is to make an extra buck at the expense of the patient. I purchased his EXS system which broke after 2-weeks worth of use & i was only Hanging 5lbs, the device was poorly constructed and looked like a piece of pre-used scratched/recycled acrylic held together by epoxy bond. It took another month of phone tag and e-mails to track him down, requesting my full-refund of the product. ON the 2nd time we met, he pulled up in his silver mazda 3 in the hospital parking lot explaining to me why he was MIA for a whole month. Perhaps his attitude has changed in recent years, but I would never EVER! use his services, as a professional clinician i can spot a crappy nurse a mile away. I visit Tj several times a month and would never need his help, HELL EP would be a better navigator/tour guide than Dan, and the city isn't any worse than East Los Angeles in its safety level, poor Phoenix AZ has a worse reputation in kidnappings than Tj. If i were to personally have Comacho's lengthening proceedure, all i would need is $40-50 round trip from my Los Angeles home to Tj in my VW, then book a safe & modern room at Hotel Ticuan (3-3.5 star hotel) for $58, $15-30 on food (covers 3 hearty meals), and maybe 2 100-mg viagra @ $14 a piece ($28). I'm not worried about wound-care, dan was a med-surg nurse & a floor care nurse, and those nurses aren't like the special wound-care nurses who have to shadow and log in so many hours of wound-care experience. Most Community Hospital Emergency depts. have a Physician-assistant suture up the laceration or have the ED techs. (EMT's) clean & irrigate the wounds before an antibiotic ointment is applied. And no offense to med-surg nurses but they are generally lazy, i'd be helping our anesthesiologist in the OR on the ventilator while the med-surg nurse stands by or holds up the wall as we say in healthcare. I'd personally trust an ICU or Emergency dept nurse with wound-care management before i trust a med-surg guy. In short, with the purchase of 2 viagra tabs, plus the other expenses i stated, i would be spending about $160 out of pocket, plus the cost of lengthening surgery (whether its $2000 or 2500). Lets say the surgery still cost $2000, whether that info is reliable or not, $2000 plus the $160, plus maybe $30 bucks on pain-killer meds/antibiotics from the 24 hour Pharmacy at Zona Rio (Near Cinepolis) only comes out to $2190! On Dan's phallocare website he's charging $3000. To friends of California, the states and foreign friends, this is a RIP-OFF!!! He's charging an extra $800-700 bucks for his services, hell after taxes he didn't even make that much as an RN on 2-shifts . Hell i'd offer those same services for cheaper. For that extra $800 i can bang alot of senoritas! In today's economy, that extra $$$ cash could be used on other things. My statements are transparent, and no-body needs to come to Dans defense. If you want to fork out the extra money, go for it. I'm only writing this tid-bit because someone is coming out here as 1 of Dans friends, and i want other members to know my side of the story because i care and i hate to see folks get ripped-off, money is money. As soon as i have the cash flow by summer's end i'm going about things my way as i stated above, hopefully Dr. Comacho can honor his $2000 pricing, who knows. No Surg-Tech should be preparing Dermal Grafts here in the States, this is way beyond their scope of practice even under a supervised surgeon. Medical mal-practice lawyers would have a field day having knowledge of this. Now if a Surgical Physician assistant was preparing grafts, his scope of practice would be limited to what the practicing surgeon feels comfortable having him do. For instance, like what happens on a daily basis within cardio-thoracic medicine. This isn't paranoid talk, this is scary business no matter how much hands training anyone thinks he has. A clinician's (ie- Physician assistant) level of advanced medical/science based education and experience is what counts the most in the operating room or even in a Dermatology setting. theres something truely dis-heartening about this PE business, its more lucrative that one really knows. And new clients/ potential patients with no medical knowledge should be cautious as serpents, even if the possible solution looks like a good one. I am very glad that support forums like this one do exist. On a glad note, let's continue & Reserve this thread to discussions on Dr. Comacho-melo's surgical experiences & practices.

Then you do not need his services. And Dan is not a nurse at all, he is a surgical tech. I only use his leg strap, which is the highest quality of any Hanging system. I dont like the pump sytems for the penis because of the over pump on the penis after a while. I use the VacADS from autoextender. I am very sure Dan has his own demons and problems, however my experience with him and with a couple other patients is that he goes as far as possible to help someone going through these surgeries. No body is obligated or forced in anyway to use his services, but the guy from England that just had dermals with Dan and Camacho, could not have done it without Dan. This guy had never been to the US and was scared of TJ when they got down there. But Dan escorted him and provided safety and ease of transport, and let the guy stay at his house,to me that is cool.

Dr Camacho does NOt use any spacers. He uses a V-Y plasty technique and seems to be pretty good at it. He also prefers to use fat injections as well as dermal fat grafts, thanks to Dan Salas. They just did a guy last week, and I had the chance to meet the patient and see his results, and they are awesome. Dan manages the grafts after Camacho removes them from the patient, and ensures they stay healthy and big, and then camacho does his lengthening and inserts the grafts. However, I do not want a donor scar so I do not prefer the dermals. But I may end up doing the lengthening though. Dan's services are worth it IMO. Getting across the border to TJ can be scary and Dan will escort the patient set everything up and of course the after care of Hanging and stretching. By the way, the patient with the Dermals is from
England and does not know Cali or Mexico at all, and Dan has escorted him this whole week, and the patient is even staying at Dan's house so he can basically take care of him the entire time. BUt of course, no body is obligated or pressured into using Dan Salas's services at all, if they are not interested.

At sparticus, I dont give 2 shits if any of you go to have surgery with Dr camacho or dan salas. Why would I want any one else to have a bigger penis??? Plus, I absolutely do NOT recommend Dermal Grafts. I find the concept absurd that someone would accept those donor scars. Also, V-Y lengthening is something I dont really agree with anyways, since I had a horrible one along time ago. Plus, I dont thnk anyone who is knowledgable in PE, and can get to TJ by themselves, and have a strecting routine needs dan's services. But the fact is, Dan knows how to cut and treat a dermal once its removed from donor area, and he keeps is very fat and only trims the hair off the skin, and this guy is absolutely 7 inches in Girth right after surgery. Messageman was 7 inches after his dermal many years ago. You better recognize dude. But I dont think dermals are good particularly due to the donor scar.

I've NEVER heard of someone getting two inches from a lengthening procedure even in Flaccid alone, especially without post-op stretching. One Inch is considered significant and is not common. In addition, the man must have not needed Girth to begin with because most patients receiving Dermal Grafts report .75-1 Inch gains, so for him to be 7 inches now he would have had to be near or possibly above 6 inches pre-op. Your posts sound like an advertisement for Dan and his associated physician.

Oh yea the guy from England said TJ was kind of scary because of all the people that are begging for money and stuff like that, of course he looks sort of out of place cuz he is really white looking. Im white to but from california and I m also Italian, and I have partied in TJ when I was young. Either way, Dan does all the driving and knows his way around Mexico now since he works there. His dermals look crazy fat, like at least 7 inches in Girth, but that is only eye balling it. BUt the donor is from across the bottom of his abdomen like a tummy tuck...no thank you. Having a big Cock is one thing, but a huge donor scar where everyone can see when you have your shirt off is very ballzy. Iwoundnt mind that lengthing and Im still on the fence regarding FFT or PMMA. It seem there are still lumps and uneveness with PMMA, only not that much absorption. I cant freaking decide!!!!

Im friends with Dan, and Dan is currently working with Camacho in the operating room of Dan's clients. I also have been communicating with Dr Camacho himself. So that is where my info comes from. Camacho just removed someone's spacer a few weeks ago from Dr KNight's patient. The this looks like a door stopper. It is a ridiculous concept, and I had no idea Camacho would do something like that. Of course he can use a horizontal incision, but he prefers V-Y, and gets better results. The V-Y creates a space so that the ligs dont re-attach. But if a patient doesnt want that, a horizontal cut is made.
E.P.: I will see if this guy will join, Im not sure though, and I didnt ask him last night. I have the guys photos in my email and I can ask if I can share them, but I assume that they will be on Dan's website soon. But I can assure you and everyone, that my postings and thoughts are as honest and straight forward as humanly possible. I can easily tell you guys what is going on in regards to Dan's work with Camacho, and some of Camacho's work himself. Whether its good or not so good. Im still trying to get in touch with some of these patients after months post op, to see if they are still happy, because on the operating table post op everything looks really awesome, but who knows if the fat transfers stay or lump up. That is the question. So far of course PMMA looks like the best option, but for reconstruction and lig cutting, I will go to Camacho. Hope this helps E.P.

Quite frankly, you know way too much about the affairs of Dan Salas and the progress of his patient(s)... to an extent that isn't normal. That is an observation.
I'm not sure how there is any confusion about "lumps" when comparing PMMA and FFT. The contour is permanent and pretty reasonable (although aesthetics are subjective) with all of the progress reports I've seen of patients that have undergone at least 2 rounds of PMMA. FFT on the other hand will inevitably become lumpy, hence the reason for continuous touch-ups. It isn't permanent and will constantly face the risk of lumpiness. I would agree FFT as a filler is safer with the current knowledge we have, but if the issue is bumpiness and lumps, it isn't even close.

I dont even feel like entertaining this, but I will. I am not dan, Dan has never been to Dr Elist for the implant like I have. YOu can ask Mustang, Messageman, uncle JJ..I have spoken to all of them on the phone, and hopefully they can assure that I am my own person. Dan is a friend that began when he started helping me with a stretching program after I had my implant removed. Since I have been having surgeries since I was 20 years old with Dr Elist, I am now 38, we had a few things in common. Now I dont consider him my best friend or family, but he helped my for free, and spent alot of time. I was referred to him by a guy named Joe, who also had the implant removed and had a good experience with Dan. If Dan is rip off artist to you then he is a rip off artist to you. Not to me.. So anyways, I am the asshole who referred him to Dr. C and Dr camacho, now he has a job. So that is why he hooks me up with inside info and pictures of his patients. I speak with Camacho also. Then, the from England who got the dermals, also is having a good experience. We all went out the other night and talked and shit. I have his pics, and a couple of other guys pics. Screw you if you dont believe what I see, and the guy that got v-y length with fat transfer did gain 2 inches. I wish you can see the pics yourself. I believe you guys what you say about Dan, but my point is MY exeperience has been good, and I like getting the pics of his patients. At S.O., I understand PMMA is super superior to FFT, but I have been through the ringer with FFT, implnat and fucked up v-y lenthening. I dont want any more problems like nodules. Of course E.P and Sizemic have beautiful results, but I have seen others that dont. So Im alittle scared that I may have lumps and nodules, just like some guy posted the other day when they tried filling in behind glans. Then he had to go get an freaking injection. I have written about my case plenty of times and have spoken with a few of you on the phone, and I am embarrassed at the site when you guys get all paranoid that people are shills and fakes. I consider myself a part of this forum and the old one to. I have closed my account before because of jackass trying to pull some shit and its like fighting with babies. I dont know why I get pulled into defending Dan, and is never good. But I am as honest as possible and I am not ashamed that I know Dan.
