Re: Heard of PMMA (Medical Grade) OR Dr Casavantes? [PART 2]
15 years 1 month ago #1269224945I'm calling forth your advice regarding the compatibility of PMMA injections with ulterior NATURAL growth enhancement. I am starting to undertake intensive hormonal treatments associated with directly injected vascular enhancers. This means that once I get my first session of PMMA and its associated collagen buildup my penis might still grow a good bit if the testimony seen below is valid.
phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/sho...9224459&postcount=11
I am starting to take Chorionic Gonodotropin (better known as Pregnyl) at 3000 IU per week injected under the pelvic skin. I plan to also take a strong Erectile Dysfunction injection daily directly into the penis - ouch! Add to that DHT with enhanced penetration using DMSO as a carrier and there is a small chance of actually experiencing noteworthy penis growth by chemical means. Wouldn't the collagen strands generated by PMMA, with their harder buidup, tend to resist growth pressure not so much longitudinally but mostly of girth? The last thing I want is for PMMA induced collagen layers to PREVENT harmonious penis englargement and reduce my girth potential ? ! ?

15 years 1 month ago #1269410549Regardless of the permanence, PMMA appears to be a reasonable long term solution to penis Girth enhancement. Even if a touch up was required ten years down the road, it would be worth it. The bigger concern would be if a touchup is required, will a physician be available to perform this touch up?

15 years 1 month ago #1269416693PMMA beads are permenant , non-biodegradable , as we know the increase in volume after pmma injection will come mostly from the new formation of collagen (e.g. 20% beads and 80% new collagen) as we age our body's collagen (in every part of our body) will reduce in its volume, so sure in > 10 -15 yrs we might need touch-ups just to make more new collagen , I just dont think its a disadvantage of pmma , its due to nature.

15 years 1 month ago #1270543094"I am little confused about extenders, pumps, ect. The doctor says to avoid them for 6 weeks but also indicates the PMMA stops moving in about 2 days and you can have sex at day 7, so not sure about the rational behind the 6 week widow."
I do understand your point I think using an extender which does not compress the PMMA and the new collagen does not do any harm (actually it is advised by some brazilian doctors in the 1st 7-10 days).
But in regard of not using a pump in the 1st 6wks, it could be the negative pressure will affect the mechanism of granulation formation and encapsulation of the beads and the end result of the new collagen formation.
Btw some doctors advise no sex before 6 wks.
If I want to use something I will use only a penile extender in the early stage after PMMA injection.
But of course the best thing is to listen only to your treating doctor.

I'm not sure if I should try and stretch maybe a .5-1" out before I get the surgery done though. I've tried using a stretching device and doing manual exercises. Only problem is, I either end up not following through or end up struggling with erections for a bit, panic, then give up. Would you guys recommend manual exercises over extenders? Should I just say screw it and book an appointment ASAP?
Part of me is still scared because I'd rather have a smaller penis that works over the risk of losing the functionality of my Dick a few years down the road. I'm still trying to figure things out, but I know which way I'm leaning...

15 years 1 month ago #1269953021Mustang, I sent him the link but due to the poor connection and limited time he isn't able to access and read as well as I can. I do send him messages which include the most beneficial information.
I printed the Consultation paper for him and it's going out with a package for him this weekend. I'm not sure if I should throw a ruler in with it or not. He could take pictures with his iPod and email them but the form says it's optional. I hope email communication will work for the consult because although he does have Skype and a VOIP phone, the connection is very poor and drops are regular.
He has 5 more months minimum before he can come home. Mexico might very well be in our future.
Of course in the mean time I will be spending alot of time here. This place is really wealth of knowledge. Thanks to all for the stories and information shared here.

Re: Heard of PMMA (Medical Grade) OR Dr Casavantes? [PART 2]
15 years 1 month ago #1269333247You wrote to me bfore:-
(( @smartman I believe directly contacting Dr. Cohen about his opinion would be very beneficial for the forum )) .
As I told you before I will try my best to get more information from Dr.Cohen and he will be one of my sources and not only Lemperle .
So these are the e-mails to Dr.Cohen and his replies :-
1} I am interested in PMMA injection , I was planning to go either to Mexico or Brazil for either (Metacrill or Newplastic) , I know that the Artefill is more superior than the other two , but it is more expensive. As I read the only complication could happen is the chance of developing foreign body granuloma which can be treated by local injection ??
A) Artefill is much safer. For the extra money it is with it. Of course you are the decision maker. If I showed you what these other products under a microscope looked like you would understand.
2} Do we need an antibiotic for Artefill injection in the prevention of short or long-term infection??
A) No it is not necessary . If you are interested please contact our office and schedule an appointment for a consultation.
3} Then I have sent him another two e-mails in regards :-1) If we dont need an antibiotic for PMMA injection , so thats mean the risk of serious infection for this filler is Zero , correct??
Is it true there are millions of macrophages around the beads which will attack any micro-organisms coming close to the beads ??
2) I heard there could be a possibility of migration of the small beads present in the Metacrill or Newplastic to a distant organ if that is true, is there any medical article which will show this complication did happen in human ?? e.g. liver or lung disease or failure ??
Or any medical articles stating that there is a chance of distant migration in human after the injection of the worst PMMA Arteplast or Newplastic?? Liver or lung failure or other serious diseases beside the higher rate of foreign body granuloma formation which is 2.5% .
That was his reply to me :-
A) Please contact the company or come in for a consult. I unfortunately will not be able to spend any more of my time on your emails.
LOL, I dont know why he refused to answer my last Q., the answer of my Q. is so simple YES or NO , could it be he has something e.g. a report about Newplastic (i.e. a proof in regard of migration of the small beads which can cause serious illnesses or did it cause a distant organ failure) and he doesnt want to tell ?? I doubt it .
If somebody has any other names (i.e. other expert doctors in PMMA beside Lemperle and Cohenl) whom we can ask and they could give us more information about our Q., I would appreciate it .
