I am 9 wks post implant and I can tell it has softened. I am thinking it is like breast implants. Initially they are very firm but as time goes by the silicone softens to where it is not as firm. Yes it is still the same material(silicone) that was put in you but it definitely softens. I have experienced that just in 9 wks. Glad u recovered Girth. I don't have any of those things you mentioned other than the loss of the length so I am going to hold out for long term. Things I have noticed at 9 wks: definitely a Girth increase soft and hard(wife loves it), length increase when soft, definitely more intense ejaculation(crazy good/don't know if it will last but going to enjoy it while I can), and much better confidence in the gym. Only negative is it does not feel the same as it did prior to implant. I expected that and am ok with that as my spouse knew I was getting it. I do feel the edges at the glands on the outer aspect but no pain on activity or during sex. I know I am only 9 wks post implant but am happy where I am at so far. I understand that not everyone has had this experience and hope all that are getting reversed good luck but just wanted to post where I am at. Take care.

Just to give the other end of the spectrum. I had my implant put in on February 8th. Couldn't be happier with mine. No cobra protrusions for me. I noticed you gave length stats & not Girth. Penuma implant primarily is for Girth and may increase length. Some of the guys on here say they lost Erect length. My Erect length has stayed static so far. All I can say it's a big decision Kevin and wish you the best of luck on your journey.

Actually, Elist's office staff stated that they would be happy to have a few people contact me. I asked them three times and not one person ever emailed or phoned me to discuss how happy they were with the device after a couple of years. I understand HIPAA laws and I never expected them to just give me numbers of happy customers. Since Elist and office are excellent marketers, wouldn't you speculate that they would have a number of people who have agreed to contact others to discuss their success stories. I am just telling you that I asked them to have a couple people contact me with their stories of success after two years with the implant. They responded that they would be happy to do so and I never heard from anyone - 3 times requested. If the product is so amazing, don't you think that there would be a number of people who would be speaking out for Elist after a couple of years to help him out? I believe you do have a success story. I am honestly saying that I too thought mine was going to be a success story until months down the road when the implant got worse - not better. It looked really good at first and I honestly thought to myself that this will work out and thankfully I am one of the lucky ones. I still consider myself lucky because my protrusions that developed later on did not yet puncture my skin. The doctor who removed it said that it was only a matter of time before I would have had problems. I did have some redness near one of the protrusions from rubbing against the skin during day to day activities. I understand your frustration with these boards. I really sincerely do. I didn't want to read all of this either and actually stopped looking at these boards until I noticed the implant getting worse. I swear to god I hope your implant really continues to work out for years to come. I really do. I wanted to just hide and not read any of these posts again after spending that kind of money. However, there was always a little voice deep inside that told me to really pay attention to how this implant progresses. When I told them about the sharp protrusions, they told me to inject them with Kenalog. Seriously. Once the implant was bent, the points would no longer smooth out at all, even when I pulled the penis forward and wore the turbogrip. I was meticulous in my aftercare and eventually, problems still commenced. The guys on these boards truly are not trying to be cruel even though some of the posts are quite rude and blunt. Get second opinions from other doctors as well. So many of them out there can't believe that he is actually doing this surgery. I made a big mistake and it cost me a lot of money. I had to get through the shame in order to heal psychologically. The advertisements are false and extremely misleading which is why the CA Medical Board is now on his tail. Where are the 95% success guys? Where are all of their reviews praising the amazing results after one, two, three years and so forth? The initial increase in Girth is quite exciting until the reality of the implant eventually sets in. I would not be wasting my time writing this if it were not to help others. I have nothing to gain from this note whatsoever. I hope you have a successful implant and will continue to report that success two years from now. All the best to you. I mean that sincerely.
