I had not even considered this. But it could be like the 30 yr old who died of fat embolism in 2016 ( I blogged about it on my website). That wold then be 2 cases and make combining suspensory ligament division and fat transfer a very risky procedure. He thought it was probably a fat transfer procedure . I thought maybe fat injected into blood vessel by mistake . He said no ..
