After my first 10 units of PMMA, I paid for the botox shot that is supposed to help with erections and retraction (I have no issue with erections but definitely retract a lot, or at least I did before the last 20 units of PMMA). It was an extra $1000 and I noticed no difference. Some seem to swear by it, but it truly made no difference to me. If you are trying to maximize value, I personally would, and do, stick with paying for filler only.
