I'm uncircumsized and I've been using the bathmate for years on and off, my foreskin is pretty elastic and loose compared to years ago. I don't know if that makes pmma easier or more complicated. I'll be in the US during the entirety of December and I e-mailed Dr Rupeka for an appointment, I want the entire package and because I'm out of country I'd love to get the most amount of filler I can get. Do you guys have any recommendations? I think Rejuvall doesn't take uncircumsized patients? Correct. You must be Circumcised before Dr. Carney will do any kind of Girth enhancement. Our doors have been open for 45 years, 25 of which we've been doing Girth enhancement using FDA-approved fillers. In that time, we have come to find that Girth enhancement on an uncircumcised patient invariably results in irregularities, complications, and bad aesthetics later on down the line. This is because the filler eventually migrates down into the Foreskin due to the "violent" nature of the life of a penis. We have found this to be true regardless of practitioner or injection technique or aftercare protocol. Get Circumcised if u want filler and if you cherish your Foreskin try pumping. I had alot of mental issue after the filler. Get Circumcised then go to dr Carney and have him start you with 5 syringes of Bellafill and add a little at a time n you will love your results. It’s not about where the injections go, whether you turtle, how much you massage, or even what type of filler you use — it’s just the reality of gravity, constant movement, and regular sexual activity. We’ve been doing FDA-approved Dermal Filler Girth work for over 25 years, and we’ve seen this happen over and over again, no matter who did the procedure or how perfect the technique was. That’s a common assumption, and you’re right that PMMA does trigger collagen formation and becomes more stable in the tissue after the initial healing period. The thing is, “stable” doesn’t mean completely immovable forever. Even well-encapsulated PMMA is still part of living, dynamic tissue — and over months and years, gravity, Foreskin mobility, sexual activity, and even normal swelling can cause it to slowly shift forward in an uncircumcised penis. We’ve seen this enough times in long-term follow-up (years, not just weeks or months) to know it’s not a rare occurrence. It’s why we made the call to avoid doing Girth enhancement in uncircumcised patients — not because it can’t look good at first, but because of what tends to happen down the road. I completely understand not wanting to be Circumcised — if that’s a priority for you, it’s worth thinking more carefully about whether Girth enhancement is the right fit, especially since you’re already above average in both length and Girth. HA is easier to reverse than PMMA since it can be dissolved, but it will still migrate forward over time in an uncircumcised penis. The difference is that PMMA is permanent and much harder to fix since it's not dissolvable and usually requires surgery to remove. We always recommend any of our patients start with HA because it lets you “test drive” the added size and greatly reduces granuloma risk if you later decide to switch to PMMA. That said, based on decades of follow-up, we’ve seen enough long-term problems that we don’t perform Girth enhancement on uncircumcised men with *any* filler. Our goal is for patients to still be happy well after they leave our clinic, and unfortunately the anatomy just doesn’t work in your favor here.
