I personally don't believe it's B.S. for two main reasons: [1] Men report gains with traction and/or pumping devices alone, a tailored program by a Urologist who specializes in Sexual Medicine would seem even more effective in this regard (not to mention the associated Study which is a rarity in these neck of the woods). [2] While I know my sample size at present moment isn't profound, one of the most trusted Veteran Members of this site has reported to me in person (he hardly posts anymore so whether he updates the Forum or not after having spent years on it in the early-to-mid 2010's remains to be seen) that he's had really solid gains in length, and a bit in Girth (even though has had PMMA injected). He was not able to attain these gains prior (especially length), through other routines. While I can't convince anyone with this sample size, the source is trustworthy enough for me to know there is merit. . The Mayo Studies had good results. The P-long process adds in the P-shots and pumping. I’m following the Mayo Clinic and P-long process to a large extent and recording the weekly actions and results in a thread under my name.
