For example, The creator of the Malehanger comments on another forum that he doubts length gains are possible after PMMA but IMO through compression Hanging it would still be possible considering commpression Hanging gains come from the Base. In other words new penis is essentially pulled out slowly over time where there wouldn't be PMMA, at and before the base of the penis. Whereas on the other hand with Vac Hanging where the gains seem to come from the entire shaft where there already is PMMA you would think this would be unlikely to be able to stretch as easy or at all over time given the newly added PMMA filler. Curious thoughts from someone who is pretty convinced on getting PMMA in the next couple years but would also like to add another half Inch length. I got up to 12lb Hanging although they say anything from 5-10lb is fine. I liked the male Hanger because you could apply more force to your penis without risk of getting a water blister using the vacuum cup Hanging. The new rage is vibration stretching and pumping made popular by phalback's method. The idea is that causing vibration with a motor causes 1,000 of micro stretches or tears. The vibrahog stretcher should be a good test for this which I plan on using in another month after 8 weeks post PMMA. I also tried the DIY phalback device, and noticed it would take less than half the time for me to pack the tube as with regular pumping. His before and after photos throughout the procedures back his claims though.
