TOPIC: PMMA Removal after 6 days - Tijuana

So I had 60-70ml of LinneSafe injected to increase Girth. After about 6 days I notice I didn’t like it so I had it all removed and had penile lengthening surgery complete.

I currently have hard lumpy swelling in my Foreskin is that normal will that go down in time. I know I’m in the healing process.

Also, I notice ever since my surgery my penis is contracting will it take a few months for me length to come back.

I want to be made clear that this was performed by S-L-E and Dr. Colorado, both of whom are banned topics on this forum- however I'll allow this posting to go through as you are sharing your recovery.

It should be noted that this Clinic has a history of using silicone oil, and given the volumes injected, I personally believe all or part of what was injected involved something other than PMMA.

If it was indeed 100% Linnea Safe, then they egregiously over-filled you and this may explain your situation. Most any ethical practice won't inject more than 25 mL's in a single go, you had nearly 3x the upper limit. I will say however, they have been known to use silicone oil per pathology reports of patients I've been in touch with through email.

Yes I had it all taken out by Dr. Solomon, but the lengthening was done but Dr. Colorado.

Did the people who had their silicone oil taken out are they okay now?

Varying degrees of "okay." Some literally have lost skin while others were left disfigured. Some managed to recover, but defining that is subjective post-complication.

The issue with silicone oil (unlike all the other fillers) is not only its propensity to migrate, but that complications seem to be far more aggressive in nature. This is why I've turned down Sponsorship by those who exclusively pump silicone into penises, it's no good.

Real medical-grade PMMA (like Linnea Safe), when injected correctly with proper technique and acceptable volumes is a relatively safe procedure. A whole 13 years of progress reporting by men on these forums provides a sample size that makes me very confident in this assertion.

That's so bizarre. The PMMA injections are non-surgical and outpatient, I don't see why he would decide to add additional costs & risks by employing general anesthesia (??).
Am I getting your timeline wrong? You said you got PMMA, had it removed, then lengthening afterwards, correct?

That's hard for me to say but 60+ mL's in a single round is beyond excessive and probably would have posed risk of complication to your skin, so you probably made the right choice. I sincerely don't mean to come off the wrong way, and I do not advocate patient-shaming or patient-blaming, but you did ask me about your decision making, so I will add that Dr. Colorado was a mistake in general. I personally would opt to see most anyone else than to go back to them.

I wouldn't second guess yourself at this stage. Just focus on recovering and if you need further intervention, stick with Dr. Solomon who helped you before.

Honestly looks great. Skin discoloration isn't terribly uncommon and can be explained away as a congenital feature or just straight up injury & Repair. Most partners won't care to be honest and aesthetically the work is stellar.

May I ask when this was performed and how far out you are post-op?
