You have to keep in mind that cultural, religious, and political sensitivities may make this type of procedure in certain places in the world a bit more complicated than you'd imagine. Despite Dubai's more *"Westernized"* approaches to business, they aren't *"the West per-se."* In fact, I'd be surprised if any Arab-based Clinic would want to be readily or freely posted about here on a public American (yet International) Forum. This is speculation on my part, but not without sound reasoning (I've never traveled to Dubai, but know quite a number of people who have, be it for business or vacation). Dubai and Istanbul are major airline hubs for Westerners to travel to the Eastern Hemisphere, and the latter (Istanbul, Turkey) is known for Medical Tourism (namely hair restoration for men, among other things). That said, if you find what you believe to be a legitimate outfit, go for it, but unfortunately the PhalloBoards doesn't possess enough International dominion beyond Europe and Latin America (effectively the Eastern Hemisphere) at present time, with the rare exception of Proud Urology in South Korea, and to a lesser extent some Sponsors we had in Australia (who would have stayed on board as Sponsors but Australian traffic accounts for 5 or less percent of traffic at any given time, usually on the lower end, and this is largely due to Australia's dot-com policies with respect to web traffic, trying to keep any and all business targeting Aussies homemade -- I get it, and so did those AU/NZ Providers). Even if a Dubai-based operation (and one that was legit) existed, no guarantee would I could screen/vet it adequately (assuming they'd even want to be published here due to the aforementioned sensitivities), unless they ran their operation like Proud Urology, where their Patient Liaison Service is operated by a highly fluent Korean English speaker, and assuming attitudes in the region have shifted with respect to male aesthetic medicine.
