I'm new here and really glad a place like this exists. A little background on me, I'm 31 and I been doing PE, inconsistently, for close to a decade. My current stats are 7.25 by 5.5. I have reached 7.75 (NBPEL) by 5.75 but lost due to inactivity, day to day circumstances.

I'm aware I'm not small but to me it seems average. My goal is 9 by 7. I pump every other day combined with manual stretches using warm water in the shower or dry using a heat pad for an hour. My plan is to purchase stretching devices, which is something I have never used and I could be missing on gains.

My timeline is 2 years before I go to Avanti; applying stretching devices, pumping and manual stretching, consistently in the meantime. Get my ligaments cut to hopefully get more length and follow up PMMA for Girth.

For those of us who are uncircumcised, how do we avoid the accordion effect and Phimosis ? These are my 2 biggest concerns. I don't want to get cut to achieve my goal.

Thank you for everything.

Some surgeons say Circumcision is not necessary, some will recommend it, and some will insist upon it. I am not sure if different fillers have more risk than others for Phimosis to develop. There was one guy recently on the board who had HA filler and developed Phimosis, and he had Circumcision later.

Personally, I believe there is seldom need for Circumcision after Phimosis develops, but it might be a long recovery period. I read a lot about people who developed Phimosis, and even if it took a long time for some, it seems that the rate of recovery is almost 100%.

After I had dermal fat graft, I had Phimosis for about 1-2 months. I read one study that 7/20 uncircumcised people who had dermal fat graft developed Phimosis, and it cleared up for everyone after 1-4 months. I am not sure how it compares to filler. For one thing, the width increase will be smaller with any kind of dermal graft, compared to fillers. I guess it is possible that with fillers it is unavoidable to need Circumcision in some cases, if Phimosis does develop, but I also believe it depends on how much filler you have injected.

Another contributing factor might be combining both Ligamentolysis with fillers, because I read that even from Ligamentolysis, it is possible for Phimosis to develop. If you do both procedures at the same time, it would seem more likely for Phimosis to develop.

I'm not saying you're wrong since I don't have sufficient info to deny or support that, but I'm having a hard time understanding the mechanism in which Phimosis would occur strictly through Ligamentolysis? I am not seeing how the suspensory ligament would have anything to do with the Foreskin.

It is rather perplexing, because like you say the suspensory ligament is completely separate from the Foreskin, however if you do a quick search on Google for "Ligamentolysis" then "swelling" post-op will often be mentioned. It might be that those clinics usually combine the procedure with fat transfer, and then they mistakenly list swelling as a side effect from Ligamentolysis. After all, the incision for Ligamentolysis is not done anywhere near the Foreskin, no matter what technique is used.

However, if several procedures are done at the same time, I think it is pretty safe to assume that there will be more swelling. The bigggest risk for Phimosis developing is definitely from the filler though. The more filler that is injected, the higher the risk will be, obviously.

It might be a good idea to start with a low dosage. It seems that many doctors have a pretty good idea what works, and what does not work, when it comes to patients being uncircumcised. Many clinics mention that they use a slightly different technique if the patient is not Circumcised.
