So from my understanding, Avanti doesn't inject above the circ scar for risk of complications? Is there anywhere else that would be willing to do that surgery? Maybe at Dr. Carney in ATL? I was wondering if there was anyway to fix that gap between the glans and circ scar. Or is it a thing where if you asked Dr.M, she would do it? Thanks for your insight? In other words, you aren't getting a lot of bang-for-the-buck I'm afraid to say. I suppose if you have very small glans, or if your glans are being dwarfed by your newly thickened shaft, it may be worth looking into. **I would reach out to the [ Physician Directory](https://www.phalloboards.info/directory.html)** and send out an email asking. You can copy & paste the same message to all the practitioners you'd be willing to travel to. Some do it, some don't, some do it at their discretion (based on the patients glans). Given the trickiness of this procedure, **I would absolutely NOT** see someone who isn't a PhalloBoards Directory physician. The fact that Avanti Derma, arguably the most experienced Clinic in the Western World is wary of performing this, I sure as heck wouldn't want just *anybody* doing it. They do other kinds of procedures in Korea that are pretty much unheard of in the West, such as selective dorsal neurotomy to increase ejaculation time. This procedure is extremely common in Korea, but it has been performed a lot in China too, in addition to Thailand. I was told by a professor in Russia that it has been performed a lot in Russia too, and it seems in Europe it has been performed in Spain also. So even if some procedures are unheard of in the USA, it does not mean that elsewhere they might not have much experience with it. I am not saying this is the case with glans enlargement, but in the case of selective dorsal neurotomy, it seems about 100,000 procedures have been performed in Korea alone. The opposite is true too however: they have no experience with PMMA in Korea, and they use their own filler, called MegaFill. In Europe it seems Ellanse is quite common instead; meaning that everywhere they are performing different procedures. I believe that I read about glans enlargement in Europe before, so you could look into it there too, not only in Korea, but because it seems like there is limited experience with the procredure, it is probably best to proceeed with caution. It seems to me that you're talking about getting filler in the shaft right below the glans. If this is so, what you heard about Avanti not doing this is false or you may have misunderstood something. They inject along the entire shaft, all the way to the base of the glans. However, while this doesn't seem to be a firm rule, they will often veer towards using 10% rather than 30% for the area above the circ scar. Avanti really takes their patients' individual anatomies into account, so there doesn't seem to be a one size fits all approach to their methodologies. They will look at what you have, listen to what you want, and do what's best. So I am not talking about getting my gland enhanced, but it seems like whenever PMMA is injected, there is a sort of cliff drop effect below the glans, above the circ scar. Because my circumsion isn’t as tight as I’d like, I was wondering if there were any solutions to filling that area.
