So the Rejuvall "full package" uses your own fat as a filler and states its permanent? I was under the impression fat fillers didn't last forever? I have been strongly leaning to PMMA as its permanent and Avanti Derma is the best from what I can tell for that part. Here's my main question, which one will be firmer when Erect, Fat or PMMA? Overall which will look more natural and last the longest? Unless you are going to pump it up with LOTS of product (PMMA, Ellansè, HA or else) there is no "firmness" problem with any. If you start with a naturally strong Erection, you'll just have a small layer around it, as it is already in a non-enhanced penis. Nobody will notice the difference but yourself. Problems may start when you are aiming to go from below average to "porn star" and this by adding more than 1" circumference. In that case of course the inner layer is much thicker and you might want a firmer product. I’ll tell you this, I love the feel when Erect, but when Flaccid it feels artificial. If you squeeze it when Flaccid, there are hard spots, lumps, and feels like an implant. When Erect, it smoothens out and looks/fees normal as real erections are supposed to be hard like the PMMA is. Don’t expect PMMA to look/feel like a natural penis; it’s not. I agree and disagree with this assertion - yes, to our own critical hands and eyes (that knew what our penis was like before filler), it's obvious that if you pinch the skin where the filler is implanted, you'll notice it's thicker and palpable. However, from all of my experiences, and numerous accounts here, partners simply don't notice. Unless you over-fill, or have noticeable aesthetic irregularity (which could be corrected procedurally), it can and usually does pass for "natural," and it may not seem so to yourself because you know your penis best.
