I contacted Androfill yesterday and I was told by Francis that neither Ellanse E nor L is available any longer. The remaining M (or S) has a lifespan of HA products. What would be my filler choice now? Is it still Ellanse M due to its strong composition within its 2 years compared to HA? The main choices seem to be Androfill Premium (as I’m a newbie) and following that, either sticking with HA or Ellanse. Are there many Androfill customers here? Is the website correct in that they offer repeat customers £10 off per ml? Thanks guys Is it the case that repeated treatments of Ellanse gradually retain Girth size following its absorption? I wonder if it is a supply issue or a "Doctor's preference" issue? I'm still waiting to hear back from Francis, he can be pretty busy but I'll get more information when I can. Honestly, what I'm hearing from Doctors and seeing from some reports is that HA does seem to last longer in the penis, and I'd imagine as much for Ellanse. I’ve got a call back with Francis in a couple of weeks. I’ll dig a little deeper then. I think I done his head in asking a load of questions on a Friday afternoon HA. I was looking into fat transfer but there’s so little historic data, half life’s, images etc. so HA or collagen stimulator type filler will be the way forward. I’d like to jump straight into Ellanse M when I get an appointment but I’ll have to see what Androfill say. On the official website it says it can last up to 3 years depending on the version you get and 3 years is in reference to L. They didn’t do trials with e and l. They took the results of those trials and applied them to E and L in order to get their longevity. Additionally, no Ellanse patient has reported losses as far as I know, but many of them left the forum for a while now so we can’t be 100% sure. The theory is that the collagene produced by our body in response to the filler stimulation will last way more then the filler itself (which is fagocitated by the immune system over time; this is the main difference vs PMMA). The sample of patients and the time frame (Subtle77 was the first patient from the forum that ever had it) aren’t enough to come to a conclusion on how long it will actually last. That said, I’m curious as to why Androfill discontinued the longer versions. I know for sure they try hard to talk first time patients into HA first, so that they can see how it feel to have a filler, how is the moulding process, etc. in a safe way.
