I spent around couple of hours just reading and browsing! Now the issue.. My problem is purely cosmetic. I am as ok as I can be with my Erect size, 14cm with, but my Flaccid side is barely 3.5cm, 4 with the excess Foreskin and very thin. I am the textbook definition of a Grower! This is and had been a massive problem psychologically for me as I categorically dont use gym showers, avoid changing room, avoid wearing briefs/speedos and any situation where I am not Erect makes me very anxious. I have been thinking long enough now, about 3years, and I finally decided to do the lenghtening. My questions: Please can you advice on the clinic? There seems to be 4 majors one: Moorgate, Androfill, laserpenoplasty and London Andrology. What have your experiences been? Should I got for the fat or for the silicon? Thank you all. Androfill is the most spoken of and most reputed on this forum. I wasn't a fan of Moorgate years ago but admittedly they have improved in their work from what I've gathered. The remaining two you mentioned I've reached out to regarding their services, potential sponsorship, etc, but have yet to get any news for my readership here. I would avoid silicone fillers. I do know of one Doctor who claims medical grade silicone can work as a volume filler, but it is much harder to reverse than Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and complications stemming from silicone could prove problematic. Androfill offers most Male Enhancement services and I'd reach out to them. If I were to make filler recommendations - either Ellanse, HA, or Fat. Good luck.
