This is why I constantly remind readership here that this industry has a long history of unscrupulous practitioners, and some still linger on today. Since phalloplasty isn't as common (or standardized) as other cosmetic procedures, you still find a lot of experimentation and/or innovation in the field, including its share of "good and bad players." This is exactly why the quality and ethics of your acting physician should factor into your decision making process, and not just "cost" or "promised gains," or etc. I not only vet current and potential Sponsors, but have turned down opportunities in the past, and there are those who I'd never work with today or ever. I can't imagine the hit this site's integrity would take if I willingly brought on the likes of a "Dr. Mirza."
