I was dead set on the Penuma implant about a year ago it seemed to be wonderful but after researching here that WON'T be a path I will be taking. I want PMMA from Dr. C but I feel I need to do two things first, 1 I want my scrotal webbing fixed (this bothers me a lot) and 2 the ligament release. I have been reading about the ligament release and if I'm correct in what if have been scavenging to read there are some doctors out there that release then reattach the ligament reducing loss of length, other putting in a "blocker" to keep the ligament from reattaching. I would greatly appreciate some recommendations on who to use to have these done before moving to PMMA? Also thank everyone for all the posts and insight on your journey, struggles, and triumphs. Websites can/do make magnificent claims but here there is actual honest results I'd focus on the scrotal webbing first since it could make providing an adequate filler result challenging. Dr. Carney of Morganstern Rejuvall -or- Dr. Solomon of Philadelphia are both very experienced in this regard (check Physician Directory in Menu/Top of website for more info). They also do ligament release, but to be quite frank, it's most useful for Flaccid gains and Erect gains are hit-or-miss from my experience. Up to you, but keep your expectations grounded. You'll also need to stick to a strict post-op regimen for weeks (or months) to fully realize gains. I'd then come back to review filler options like PMMA once you've achieved the above advice. The ligament release I am ok with minimal results if I gained 1 Inch after the release even if just in the Flaccid state that and stretching I would be happy.
