I suppose if you were going to your Primary Care for a routine check up, and the topic isn't brought up, it probably isn't a big deal you choose not to solicit the information (especially if you aren't having any health issues down there), but the likes of a Urologist who specializes in examining the penis ought to know for your (and your health's) sake. Only that here most of the urologists and andrologist are very much against any kind of Male Enhancement procedure (you should read some of docs comments on local forums to those who ask informations about it) and it's kind annoying to be scolded by a doc in case of a visit or check up. Yes, many Doctors are still in the dark about the advancements made in modern Phalloplasty, sure, but it doesn't change the **importance** of sharing this information when having your manhood examined by a medical professional. Whatever "scolding" you have to endure pales in comparison to what you'd have to endure if you got a wrong diagnosis because you failed to share pertinent information.
