I wouldn't just see anyone for glans work, experience is definitely crucial here. I think as for the shaft, you may have more options, although I don't have any I can recommend in Texas (at present time), but I'm sure that'll change in the near future. You can only get Ellanse Internationally. Your closest option would be Avanti Derma in Mexico. Recommended filler options in the U.S. include Dr. Tsay in California and Dr. Carney in Georgia.
