This place probably saved many people (including myself) from making bad decisions so thanks to everyone involved. After researching a lot , I tried HA (10cc) and I wasn't satisfied with the result as it was too squishy and was left mostly in the base I decided I want to do PMMA at Avanti Clinic. I'll be traveling a long distance so I want to do it as safely as possible and hopefuly one time. So ill travel to TJ and stay there until safe to fly back , So i have a few queries : 1 . How long after first session should I stay in the area to feel safe to board the plane back ? 2, How much daily aftercare effort needs to be done ? Meaning, how much time a day is needed for massage/mold ? 3. For how long should this daily routine be kept ? I know sex is OK after around 6 weeks , should the aftercare continue daily until then ? Also , Are there many if any cases of people who've had PMMA for as long as a decade without serious complications ? I stayed 4 days in TJ to have Ian assist with aftercare. I think it's a good idea to stay as long as you can so even if there are any low spots or you are not massaging properly they can assist. They are amazing at what they do and want the best results for their patients. Ian saw me two to three times a day and even on his day off. I think after 5 days the product had settled mostly. I also did a lot of IR treatments and I think that really helped with healing. You'll want to keep it extended as much as possible during collagen formation so you don't get and lumps or ridges but the phallotox and flomax really helps to prevent retraction so as long as you're not wearing tight fitting boxers or clothes and it has room to hang you'll be okay. How much daily effort did you put into the after care ? Do you need to stay put in the hotel and keep at it all day and night ? If you feel comfortable doing it then I’d say yea 2 days are plenty. I didn’t and I know how important those days are and didn’t want an odd shaped penis so I chose to stay. I’d say after 5 or 6 days you’re just keeping it extended as much as possible and doesn’t require a lot of time massaging for the most part at least for me the product had settled but then you start the collagen growth period and it’s important that it’s not growing while your penis is retracted so you just need to keep it extended.
