I’d tried the phallosan forte but it wouldn’t stay in place or be concealed enough for me to wear it at work. The noose Hanger isn’t bad, just wonder if there’s anything like it but better. I’m familiar with putting in the work. I gained a Inch back in 2013 which is in my sig. I documented everything including photos. A lot of it got deleted by the web owners unfortunately. SkepticalOne can back me up on that. What method did you use for lengthening? I just want to make sure not to mess up the filler. And did the exercises pull any filler from your base? That’s a concern of mine as well. How much Erect length did you gain after the procedure? Also how long did it take? Thanks. If you're using a microspheare based produce -- PMMA, Ellanse, etc -- it initates the creation of new living tissue, so it becomes less like a foreign product and more like a part of you. I also believe that this new tissue can be streched ... however, I don't have the data to back this up. That said, I personally wouldn't recommend regularly Jelqing after a GE procedure. However, I'm in the camp that doesn't recommend Jelqing at all anytime. [ @cushen79](https://www.j4.phalloboards.info/forum/profile/6761033-cushen79.html) I hated the phallosan personally. I have different hangers and stretchers depending on what i am doing. For hangers, I prefer compression / clamp styles. Like the Phanger, Bib, Male Hanger, etc. For stretchers, I use multiple different things depending on where I am going, what I am doing and what I am wearing. Shoot me a message if you want to talk more about what you do and wear etc. But, suffice it to say, based on how tight your pants are will depend on what you can get away with, sleeves may be your best bet when working. Or, my personal favorite, wearing weights on my penis. I have literally tried to damage the product, extreme times ( marathon hanging and marathon pumping ), High Pressure pumping. Moderately high weight hanging: both in a clamp/compression hanger and a vacuum. I could not damage it. I did this knowing that I would be going back for another round. Nothing ever happened to the look of my penis. My favorite exercises for length are hanging and pumping for length. I have worked up to doing these both each day at an average of an hour each per day. obviously that is not where I started out though, I had to work up to that. making small gains along the way. As far as pulling filler away from the base - no. BUT, as you pull penis, and it grows, everything that you are pulling must pull from somewhere and stretch, so it is very possible that you should and could end what you consider a gap at the base. however, no one will see it. I have a bit of one right now, and you would never know. because as you pull, the base thickens. So, I would not worry so much about doing PE. I just use two of the metal steel Balls (like the one that Avanti Derma will give you) stacked on top of each other (I took off the ball from one and added it to another). I suppose I could add a third ball but this would increase the chances of it slipping off. It's kind of odd to have a couple of steel Balls fall out your pant leg. But I've only had this happen twice, so is not something I worry about too much. As for creating a gap at the base -- good! Just go back and get more filler added to even it out. I want an excuse to go back. haha. agreed, wearing weights is different feeling and the stretch feel different for sure. I wear mine directly on my shaft though. sometimes. around the house I will wear a noose and dangle some as well for a little different feeling .
