I'd go to the old forum and search by "uncircumcised" and try to see what you can gather. Also, depending on your the practitioner, they may not necessarily be comfortable with over-filling if they believe uncircumcised units prove more challenging. I'd go with modest gains for now and see how it is. You'd be very surprised how much 0.3" actually impacts your overall circumference. Heck, that much gain can have a man go from regular to Magnum condoms depending on their starting stats. Food for thought.
