I wouldn't just remove it right away; get an evaluation from those who are pretty experienced with both the penis and implant removal. Dr. Solomon ([ www.marksolomonmd.com](http://www.marksolomonmd.com) ) is a very good choice; good non-Sponsor choices include Dr. Gelman and Dr. Alter. I know a lot of reports here can cast uneasiness but hasty decision can make things worse. I'm not sure for the latter gentlemen, but Dr. Solomon may have virtual consultations available; you can check with their office. Worst thing people do with any procedure is start panicking and jumping into things with no legitimate reason. I have since calmed down a bit and talked to people that have kept it. I have experienced some shortening but other then that the healing process is looking good so far. I’m going into week 3 post op on Wednesday. They say the length comes back but I talked to someone that said they had to pump when fully healed to get it back. When i was first looking into an elrargement, I called Elist's office, and exchanged emails. At no point was temporary loss of length mentioned. I found this board, saw the stories, and then asked the guy about loss of length. Then he was honest about it. What really turned me off was that he made no mention of this obviously important information until confronted with it. I would have felt differently if he'd been up front about it. There have been guys who have gotten good results from penuma, but I think I made the right decision in going a different direction.
