I am now scared to do the implant! I've been doing a lot of reading over the last few days and I think PMMA is the right thing for me. I am 6.5" length and 5" Girth. I realize I won't add length, but I'm alright with that! Looking to add 1.5-2" permanent Girth. I don't want to have to go back every few years for HA. What is the best place for PMMA? [ www.avantiderma.com](http://www.avantiderma.com) However, if you cannot travel abroad and it must be state-side, Dr. Song in New Jersey offers a PMMA-Fat hybrid which sounds intriguing. He uses Bellafill and that may explain the integration of fat (Bellafill's carrier takes longer to absorb and thus makes for a less-than-ideal iteration of PMMA; however, in theory, should still work much the same way in the end). It's also pricey per-cc in the U.S., which also may explain the integration of fat.
