My Flaccid is pathetic and I just want a slightly thicker penis. Questions to those who have had fillers. Are there many risks with this procedure? Is it easy to mould and how long does it last? Does your Dick still have veins visible and stay rock hard as before? Does it really work? I'm trying to view pictures here as there are not that many at Androfill. I corrected the spelling in your post to reflect the correct substance being injected. Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is arguably the safest filler option available. It's non-surgical, easily reversible, and naturally occurring in your body (what you'll be injected with is a formulation, but still HA nonetheless). If you want an improvement in your Flaccid's size & appearance, HA is a great option. Just don't go over board! Some people have unrealistic expectations and get too much injected, ending up with aesthetic irregularities that require future Revision(s). Fortunately, Dr. Horn historically prefers conservative-to-modest volumes, so you'll be in good hands regardless. Just express to them your goals and make sure you (yourself) stick to them! The only trade-off with all of these benefits is that HA is temporary, meaning it'll require top-offs in the future. That isn't a bad thing necessarily, and many people get routine injections every few years for different things (example: HA, botox, etc). It's still an elective outpatient procedure which technically means the risk for complications exist, but they're quite low (especially for HA). If there were a scale or spectrum of safety & risk, hyaluronic acid is definitely on the (relatively) safe end. Ellansé and PMMA do not do that. On the other hand, the longer lasting fillers carry more risk. I'm still debating between Hyaluronic Acid and Ellanse ...simply because my GF is a bit of a connoisseur, so I want to be as realistic as possible because as a sexologist, she's going to be pretty open to me about it. How about you? I guess you already read a lot of posts on the forums, because experienced people usually do a lot of prep work first like getting enough time off work, a few neck pillows (triple inflatable) so you can hang it between when you sit or sleep, a penis stretcher that doesn't grip the shaft (so you can better mould the H.A), food, drink etc... things like that. How much is injected.
