TOPIC: PMMA Scheduled w/ DrC

I am scheduled for the week after Father's Day, a little present for myself. I'm excited and nervous. Still trying to decide if I want to get the Upmost package or just the PMMA. Thoughts?

Good luck! I'm waiting a bit for my second procedure but am excited for it.

I didnt see much value in the utmost unless the other issues that it corrects bother you. The glans enhancement is a small amount of HA injected into the coronal ridge to give the effect of being larger, but it will go away. I didnt have an issue with my scrotum so I skipped that as well. If you feel it will help you, by all means go for it. It isnt much more and you are there anyway!

Are you staying at the grande hotel? If you can manage to stay for 2 or 3 days I would recommend it. It is a little boring but Ian is super helpful and tries to make himself as available as possible for massaging and showing you where everything needs to be moved to.

I'm flying in monday night, staying at the grand, procedure Tuesday afternoon, stay the night, check up in the am and fly home Wed late afternoon. As far as the Upmost package, I figured I'm there and it is not much more, especially with the special they're running. What gains did you achieve after round 1?

I did Ellanse so it was similar, only 10 ml and gained about 5/8 to 3/4 Inch around.

What are the specials they are running? I havent seen them.

The PMMA is 3500 and the Upmost is 4250. Is the Ellanse permanent?

Oh that is a good price. Ellanse is considered to be a 3 year product but there are people who have had it over 4 years and dont seem to be noticing a decrease. It works the same way as PMMA (collagen stimulator) so even if it does go away, the natural collagen should (theoretically) stay. It is relatively new compared to PMMA so there are not as many reports with it.

I'm hoping for .5-.75" increase.

How was your stay at the grand? The food alright?

I think you can ideally expect closer to a .5 increase based on most of the other reports, but it will also depend on your length.

The food at the grand is decent and cheap. I ordered room service a few times and ate at the buffet. There isnt much to do at the hotel except sit at a bar and drink it take walks. I stayed there for 3 days and only left the building to go to my appointments.

I am 6" nbpel and a little over 6.5"BPEL, so I'm not sure how that'll play out.

How long until you saw you final size & it felt like you?

I'm close to the same so maybe you will be lucky like me and get over .5!

It took me longer than most to heal and be normal again. I swelled at least 1.5" Girth and was that way for the first week or so. I slowly went down to my current size about 6 weeks after the procedure. I think I was abnormal with healing even though I got the prp shot. They fill you up with a lot more than just the filler. Prp and lidocane. I would assume close to another 30 to 40 ml of that as well.

Have you attempted PE for lengthening post Girth procedure? If so, have you achieved any gains?

Yes, using an extender and Hanging. Had to wait about 8 weeks after the procedure to start. Actually lost some length since I hadn't cemented my gains but they came back quickly and I'm growing again.

Have you noticed a change (loss) in stamina (ie bust nut earlier/sooner)?
