I have watched a few of your videos and it appears some of your patients may have filler above the scar, going all the way to the glans. Is this true? Thank you! In some men, there is a small pocket of space just beneath the scar where filler can be placed safely. When that space exists, I can taper the filler closer to the glans and eliminate the visible drop-off, creating a much more natural transition when Erect. In other men, the scar is tightly adherent and the tissue is bound down. In those cases, filler cannot be advanced into that area safely, and attempting to force product there would not be appropriate. It is not possible to determine candidacy without an in-person examination. Occasionally, I will place a very small test amount of filler to assess whether the tissue will accept product. So yes—some patients can have filler extended closer to the glans, but it depends entirely on your individual anatomy and scar characteristics. An exam is required to determine what is safely achievable. Hope that helps.
