 Nonsurgical Phalloplasty (NSP): An intricate interaction between product, human tissues, and many other factors.
The soft tissue filler's delicate implant is made with great care in adjacent drops simulating a cobbled street.
A safer implant requires no rush, no lines, no bulk injections that will end up in large nodules and imperfections. Our NSP procedures take at least one hour after the anesthesia is done.
Remember that we are fighting the natural process of rejection of foreign material. Soft tissue fillers are bio-engineered to integrate into the human tissues, but safety and success depend on an intricate series of factors: characteristics of the soft tissue filler, area of the body where they're used, volume, layer of injection, number of sessions, and so on.
This method, developed by Dr. Casavantes, prevents the body's natural tendency to concentrate foreign bodies in a single sphere that later presents clinically as a Nodule.
