You may need to work your way up to that with 5-8lb and then 20-25min. I take breaks in between sets but don't exceed 30 minutes because you'll get a water blister, and that takes a couple weeks to heal. Just time under tension. I keep reading it takes like 1,000 hours of traction to gain 1 inch. I would go with PMMA with Avanti. Get one of those auto pumps and do like 30 min a day at 5hg. Prior to getting filler that makes your penis conditioned to that size so when you get the filler, they're able to fit more in and it's pretty much the size of when you pumped. You also have to take a break from PE after the surgery, but I've been doing PE for decades and the girth enhancement is definitely the route to take. It's like comparing bodybuilding natural to enhanced, and a lot of these pornstars have done it which I mentioned in another thread. I just wouldn't get liposuction or the hair transplant which I saw someone mention in another thread. Hair still falls out and fat comes back.
