Hope this helps you. In my case a little extra skin was left for girth enlargement. I had to pull back the skin so that you could see the incision line. If I had to do it again...I would tell my doctor to remove all the foreskin. If you do fillers, it tends to migrate forward towards the gland and it doesn't look natural in my opinion. And like you guys...I lost some length. About .5 an Inch when Erect. I'm wondering if using a vacuum pump will help once it's all fully healed and it's safe to use a pump.
