I got a good Erection earlier and took some measurements. BPEL 6.6" Recovered all lost length with help of the Zen Hanger leg strap. Mid-Shaft Girth: 5.5" Base Girth: 6.1" The discoloration I was worried about yesterday does seem like it was just a bruise, but the grain of rice feeling bump is still just below the surface of the skin. I keep warming it and pressing hard, it seems to go away and then comes back later. I believe others have had similar problems and just keep working at it. I'm guessing as collagen eventually fills in it will smooth over. There is also a slight band at the base that I'm trying to massage in, it isn't lumpy or obvious and it tapers nicely forward, so I'm not too worried about it. May just have to get more product along the front of the shaft to even it out, (such a tragedy, I know). I planned on an eventual round 2 of maybe 5-7 syringes just for aesthetics and minor forward Girth increase, but honestly if it stayed like this I'd be thrilled. At the moment, the urowrap has left a spiral pattern in my skin, so I'll take it off for awhile to take another set of pictures later. Once I worked it in, she said “ooh this is nice”. Not exactly what I wanted to hear, but I’ll take it. She was definitely grinding on the base Girth and enjoying it. When she played with her clit, she came in under 30 seconds, much quicker than normal. Told her there is still some swelling, but this is where I want to end up, so may need another round/touchup. I’ve read everthing I can about nodules on 3.0 board, aside from Removal not seeing a lot of treatment options. It gets caught during sex, but doesn’t really hurt. I'm almost wondering (and indeed hoping) if this is what I'm dealing with. The day of pictures don't show any particular accumulation of filler there and it gets much bigger the more aggressively that I try to deal with it. It feels like something roughly pea sized when Erect and only BB sized when soft. It also seems to be attached to a hard chord or vein of some type. I'll switch to softer massage with heat and see if that helps more. I found several people who said that theirs went away after a month or two. I was sitting in a hot bath just awhile ago (doing that a lot lately for massaging) and was just gently rubbing the spot, rolling it up, down, left and right. After about 10 minutes, it started deflating and after a few more minutes it was probably down 75%. Not sure if it will come back or not, but I believe that's a good sign. On the other hand, a few small BB nodules are forming right at the circ scar line. Definitely gotta stay on top of these. For instance, when I liposuction a patient, they may have inflammatory, hard nodules for up to 6 months. Some happen directly after the procedure, others appear as the body’s tissue is remodeling. With PMMA, and the very thin penile skin, I really think that you have to have some patience and just let the body respond and remodel. Any residual “Nodule” is usually able to be worked with either with Saline or Saline and a little corticosteroid. In the meantime, I would just keep continuing to use moist heat compresses and gentle massage. Your biggest ally is time though. Everything looks really really great in my opinion. The vein was about half as big as it was the other day this morning and disappeared after 2-3minutes of massaging today. The entry point BB is still there but much less noticeable than the vein was. The circ scar BBs aren’t really noticeable except by feel. After working on that vein, the lymph accumulation underneath disappeared overnight. Overall, very pleased. I’ll be back for a touchup or maybe a little extra once things are fully set since there seems to be a spot on the right side of the base with very little filler. It all depends on final round one size and how well the wife adapts to it. But the next time I’d go pee or look at my penis it was back. I began to think it was a vein as well because of the way I can roll and move it, I continued doing that every time I saw it. Not really worried about it. Circ scar has turned from BBs into more of a chord, but will also go away with some massage, feels like fluid in there. Girth has been dropping off, but I should be at the low spot according to other accounts. Still taking my collagen, Biotin, vitamin C supplements.
