With best eq and I noticed there’s a small but I mean small increase at the very base, less than .250 Aside from that mid shaft and behind the glands are holding the same measurements as before in the erect state. No gains there at all. Only thing that I can honestly say I’ve noticed different is better flaccid hang with less retraction than before. But for 20 syringes pretty much a bust in my opinion for the price. I’ve been taking GhK-cu 4mg daily since the procedure but as of today I’m adding collagen powder to my daily intake as well in hopes that I see some change, However all that aside I have no irregularities like lumps or visual issues so I still plan to give it one more go and get 40 syringes in one session. There’s no way that won’t yield me some kind of results. I started off slightly above 5 girth with good eq my goal originally was 6. I had it all done on the underside. It seemed to even out the shape a bit and maybe “fill some pot holes” but the measuring tape didn’t show much of a difference at all. I’m going back for 25 syringes next week and considering bumping it up to 40 syringes just for the plot. Ha ha. If 40 syringes of Bellafill doesn’t move the measuring tape I’m going back to Linnea from Avanti. That story Rejuvall posted awhile back was one of our members and he had horrible complications from a blocked blood vessel. It seems a lot of people who get 40+ also have irregularities. Better to build slowly and more aesthetically since you can’t really undo Bellafill. And then the one that turned horrible was nothing crazy it was 30 syringes. Not to mention I still have some slight erection pain from my 20 syringes that hasn’t gone away and that’s one of the symptoms he had too on all 3 procedures. Definitely an opening post, reminds us how bad it and can get and quick too. Had 30 syringes in late September2025. Had some initial results but wasn't super happy about the gains but wasn't really sure what to expect at the same time. Should probably mention im also pushing 50 for the record. I hurt my base with an ads on day 1 which stuck with me for months. Also had what ill describe what felt like a pencil under my skin from behind my glands to my base so the entire lenght. When I say felt I mean pain wise not an actual bump. So about a month in it was hurting during sex and when hard but it was tolerable. Then my wife caught up in the moment 69ing squeezed my Dick pretty hard which fucking hurt like hell. After that whenever I would grab it or have sex that pencil feeling pain was pretty intense along with the base pain. Fast forward to March 2026 and all pain pretty much disappeared but was still scratching my head about my gains for 30 syringes. Then I started compression Hanging and things immediately started changing. This is 5-1/2 months in. My overall size started increasing. The end of March my wife started making comments like (it feels different, its definitely bigger, its definitely changing, something is definitely happening!) I was actually thinking about canceling my next procedure 3rd week in April because I didn't want to interrupt or potentially inhibit what was happening but ended up keeping the appointment and received another 30 syringes which has put the brakes on my compression Hanging. Not exactly sure how much i gained in that late window but it was enough to get us both suddenly saying that this was money well spent. I honestly dont know if the compression Hanging had anything to do with suddenly promoting the collagen growth or not or maybe it was just coincidence. I have no idea but ill say this. In regards to me on my end im going to start compression Hanging again pretty quickly and keep at it for a solid year. My wife has actually been asking when im going to start again lol. The Hanging also made my Dick feel better or worked. Like it was tired from exercising which made it feel better when relaxed and when it was hard. Should also mention i eat healthy, take supplements for general health and collagen production along with HRT(Testosterone replacement). After 2 rounds of 30 I went from 4.25 Erect uniform Girth to my current 6 to 6-1/8. My BPEL is 6-3/4 to 7/8 So now after how my first round experience went im just going to assume and expect a delayed response and give it a solid year with the compression Hanging and see where everything shakes out. Does the act of repetitive physical trauma expose more of the encapsulated PMMA. This would expose it to the immune system and maybe accelerate collagen growth that was happening much more slowly. Everyone says massage, massage, massage, even long after initial setting of the PMMA. Does the compression Hanging also work to break things up a bit? Just a supposition. I literally just started Hanging again this week with a bibs starter. I definitely prefer it over the tm. It can toe in or out to help accommodate my glans being smaller than my shaft along with having more surface area so that it kinda spreads out the contact points I ordered the starter so I could still have heat applied while using it but not sure yet if should of gotten the original which is bigger. Wife says it looks like something from the Flintstones lol. Feel free with any questions. I can tell you that the process is just as good if not better than before. I feel that their change in aftercare protocol was a good move.
