DR Carney is brilliant you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and getting the best result for them possible. I still would love to use Rejuvall they sound like they offer a tremendous amount of options and the fact that it’s run by two pretty well regarded physicians makes me feel better about the choice but I would just like any other information or other peoples’ take on what happened in 2021. That’s a great point, and I completely understand why you’d want to look into any litigation involving a doctor or surgeon you might employ. The legal drama you came across is part of an **ongoing lawsuit filed by Dr. Carney against Emory University that began in 2021**, which remains active to this day. Both Dr. Carney and Emory are under a court gag order and are unable to make any comments regarding any matters relating to this ongoing litigation. From what I’ve seen personally, what you read online reflects a much earlier stage in this legal process. It’s important to recognize this ongoing litigation has **nothing to do with patient care, professional conduct, or Dr. Carney’s medical ability**. It’s an employment-related dispute. Like most long-running cases, there’s a lot more context behind what’s currently visible online; but rest assured, the Rejuvall team completed a thorough investigation on this matter long ago and found it had no bearing on the quality of care or professionalism patients have received and will continue to receive at Rejuvall.
