Re: PMMA become soft?
10 months 1 week ago #1308723251I had a fairly big surgery that took almost 4 hours. The surgeons went in through the Circumcision line with a subcoronal degloving approach, removed all visible filler and granulomatous tissue, and also cleared migrated material at the penopubic junction.
Recovery is ongoing. If you’ve got any questions about the procedure or rehab, feel free to ask.

Re: PMMA become soft?
9 months 3 weeks ago #1308723362@ softness after 6 months: at least what we know is that around 6 months after pmma injection you get a minor gain drop. This can give you the feeling there is „less dick“ / softer.. less pmma. Maybe also that there is a bit more skin left.
… for Example I got for myself a tighter circumcision revision after all that first 3 Pmma Rounds (65cc). This tight revision made my unit more robust (like that the filler stays more in place, does not move with the skin) - what gave me definitely a more harder feeling overall. Filler stays more next to the real shaft.
I can really recommend that to everyone.
After that skin tightening I only got one more small touch up round (5cc) and a small round underside session with Pmma by Rupeka (12cc)

Also does it feel like a real boner, not like a sleeve around your shaft ?
Thanks

Re: PMMA become soft?
9 months 3 weeks ago #1308723372In case you do a very tight circumcision pre pmma - it can limit you potential in cc‘s.
..I did the tighter circumcision revision AFTER Pmma because of the feeling that …yes.. my skin got a bit too much stretched after all that filler.
@ sleeve around the shaft: For sure it still feels a bit like a sleeve around the shaft. The famous „thick skin“ feeling. But - this tight up / circumcision revision did definitely „fence in“ (compressed) the filler a bit more.

Re: PMMA become soft?
9 months 3 weeks ago #1308723392This my point of view: By everyone of us here who re undergoing multiple Filler injections in the penile skin - ll get the same natural respond = the Skin ll stretch (more or less !).
By getting this skin tightening - two relevant things happened in my case:
A. Even in case you have only a minor accordion effect -> this ll go to nearly zero. (..and it makes a big difference to the sexual intercourse if the filler stays RIGHT there in place or it gets pushed back a bit with every „move“.)
B. The thick skin phenomenon / sleeve effect gets reduced a lot. After the tight circumcision revision = you ll have less skin on your dick > means while erection your dick has less skin to expand > means the skin(with the filler!) gets compressed a lot more to the shaft. This gives an enormous more natural feeling.
…Important here that the doctor should be familiar with Fillers and tight circ… that he can know how much skin is left for erection by length +the volume of filler what is under there!

In general, once PMMA integrates and stabilizes—usually after the first few months—the firmness tends to remain consistent. The microspheres themselves don’t soften or dissolve over time, but surrounding tissues can change, which can affect how things feel. Factors such as chronic inflammation, swelling, or fibrosis from an infection or surgery (as in your case) can alter the skin and tissue texture significantly.
When the inflammation and fibrosis subside, it’s common for the overlying skin to become looser or softer, especially if lymphatic drainage was compromised or there was loss of connective support. That can make the penis feel softer when squeezed, even if the PMMA underneath hasn’t changed.
Your description of the variable skin tightness depending on temperature and position sounds consistent with loss of uniform skin elasticity rather than degradation of the filler. If there’s residual pain and redness a year later, that suggests persistent low-grade inflammation or fibrosis rather than ongoing PMMA change.
In general PMMA does not soften over time —the changes you’re feeling are almost certainly from tissue remodeling after infection and circumcision, not the product itself.

Re: PMMA become soft?
9 months 2 weeks ago #1308723402Maybe my comment was really a bit „off topic“ and should be only an advice to some people who wish that the Pmma gets a bit more compressed to the shaft while erection and also that there is completely no accordion effect by use. (I had to deal with that a bit.. after all that pmma injections)
So @Zep83 in your specific situation you should consult a doctor to see if a tight circumcision revision ll help in your case …
