I received 2ml of HA into distal shaft and 4 sets of his Hybrid Radiesse/HA blend. That adds up to 6mlHA and 6ml of Radiesse. After an initial topical numbing, he gave me a round of Botox to prevent retraction during the healing process. Then came a nerve block and a shot of Tri-mix to induce an Erection. After these took effect, he began the actual injections. I felt a great deal more confident seeing him open the boxes and prepare things in front of me since I’m paranoid about all the horror stories from people Loria has injected. Dr Leo’s bedside manner was excellent and we kept up a low level conversation to distract me from what was going on (I have an issue sometimes fainting from multiple injections, but I can give myself 3 in a row at home for TRT, cholesterol, and weight loss, go figure). I felt very little pain and so far very little swelling. Starting stats: BPEL 6.5” EG 5” mid shaft Immediately Post op EG 5.75” mid shaft I’ll post more pictures over time once I can sustain an errection. Almost no swelling and very little bruising. I wonder if my previous round of HA back in 2020 might have had something to do with that. After ruffling through my bag I’m kicking myself for forgetting my tailors tape to measure Girth. I went to 3 stores today looking for one, but no such luck. Staying in downtown Buffalo, NY for a few days and all the stuff at the local drug stores is either locked up or already “missing”. Post shower with some encouragement, only got a MSEG of 5.5”. I hear it’s not uncommon to loose a little post-op size for a few weeks until collage formation kicks in and the HA hydrates. I'm of the camp that this (Erect injections) are a *preference thing,* since I've seen an overwhelming sample size of non-Erect work with comparably stellar results. Really starting to regret not getting a 5th hybrid shot. 5.5” MSEG is good, but 5.75” was better. Maybe I can convince the wife I need round 2, and go for an even 6”. Of course she still hasn’t tested round 1 since I’m in another state right now. Our anniversary is this weekend so that may be the limit of my endurance. I’ll try to take it easy. As for the shots I’m learning to give myself TRT injections. Right now every time I done one I end up with a sore leg for a few days. How do you avoid this? I hope to switch to pellets in a few months. My leg is sore and tight for 2 days after TRT injection. I just try to place it in a muscle that hurts less. The ones about 1/3rd the way down the leg on the outside hurt the least. I take repatha for hereditary high cholesterol. When I was 130# in college in a weight lifting fitness class (so I was there 3X a week 1.5 hours for a grade) my cholesterol was 260+. Age 40 at 190# and out of shape, still 260+. They tried statins but my Achilles tendon reacted badly and I actually had trouble walking for about a month it was so bad. Repatha lowers cholesterol without tendon problems. I took semaglutide and lost 30#, reduced to 1/2 minimum dose to maintain and started regrowing muscle that I lost in the process. Now I’m in pretty good shape for mid 40s. Wouldn’t know to look at it that I’ve had anything done. I started taking collagen supplements a few days ago, no idea if they’ll do anything or not, but certainly can’t hurt. Still holding at 5.5”. Already planning for round two in my head. Dr Leonardo is right, this is addicting. Depending on wife’s enjoyment level, I may go one more hybrid round before eventually pursuing PMMA. The Botox has definitely helped with retraction, I’ve never stayed this loose before Flaccid. Seems like you have been through a lot.i think i may have found my issue with my trt shots. I was overdosing. Now that I believe I have the dose correct I’ve had no pain for this week. I normally add a scoop of collagen powder to my coffee every morning. It’s dissolves quickly in the hit coffee and adds no taste.-I’ll have to see what about that is. I just started TRT in May. My total T was still in upper 300s, but bioavailable T was in the 30s. Thought I was experiencing dementia: couldn’t concentrate, couldn’t think clearly, was overly emotional, was having a hard time playing computer games I’ve played for a decade because I couldn’t remember controls. All that cleared up in a few weeks with TRT. Only “problem” is the wife needs to remember when I take my shots so she’s ready, because I’m gonna be coming after her in the bedroom. Dr Leonardo said the Botox should last 4-6 months, I got 300 units worth, we’ll see how long it lasts. I’d love to get round 2 before it wears off and get more at the same time. I’ve been out of town on business since the procedure so not able to show the wife (don’t worry, she knows). Finally fly home tomorrow and it’s on. Coming from a patient who's had a **lot** done (originally Avanti, then another, then a consult I didn't like, then Leonardo), you're just over a week in and I would suggest just letting the next few weeks pan out without obsessing over measurements etc. You're doing yourself a disservice. I'm a very big believer in that most (with any product really) don't truly see the end result until more in the 6-8 week range.
