The cheaper extenders are hard to gauge how much force is being used- plus the noose style is not good for high tension. However the noose style is the only safe one to use right after this procedure since you don't want to put any force on the shaft since it could mess up the filler.

Which is why I was interested in the special head attachment for the restorex that uncuthero was using.

Really that's it? Never say never I guess... What if the extender works and now you need more filler to balance out the base? From what I read it's like 1,000 hours for one inch although I've been doing at least an hour a day for a while now so I guess we'll see...

Unfortunately i got a unhealthy view of my penis where i feel its not big enough and i need more so im going to quit while im ahead thanks god it still works as it should. When u put on 3 inches of Girth i feel like thats too much the collagen it puts on doesn't have much real tissue to bond with so its collagen on top of collagen i might not be explaining it right but its a overkill.

Please document if your 154 hours stretching produce gains. I’ve tried Jelqing and Hanging with the clamp (before PMMA) for almost a year consistently at 2-4 hours a day and gained nothing.

Its easy to get discouraged when you put in hours daily and no gain watsoever. The restorex is very uncomfortable and painful hard to stay committed to that

Unfortunately, those cheap extenders are very dangerous and are known to cause internal scarring. At least 30% of our clinical patients have had to come to us for treatment because they DIYed their penis enlargement with these kinds of devices that were developed without any kind of medical research or supervision. We have to remember not to take shortcuts or "go cheap" when it comes to Male Enhancement because that inevitably means reconstruction or treatments to reinstate penile function later on down the road which are much more expensive than the initial investment would have been. As Dr. Carney always says, "Remember, you only ever get 1 penis."

There are several confounding variables here: the fact that these patients created their own protocols, that they used inexpensive devices, and that they were not medically supervised.

If inexpensive devices have not been tested against other expensive devices using a rigorous protocol WHILE isolating other variables, it is impossible to determine whether these inexpensive devices are the direct cause of internal scarring. To claim otherwise would not be a scientific or evidence-based approach.

Regarding this topic the extender that was shown is a noose extender which everyone should avoid its been documented all the issues noose extender bring to the penis maybe this is what hes talking about.noose extender put alot of pressure on the glands.

You’re right — there are no head-to-head randomized trials comparing a cheap Alibaba extender vs. a CE-marked medical traction device. But what we do know from the literature is that penile fibrosis and Peyronie’s disease are strongly linked to repetitive micro-trauma to the tunica albuginea — the tough sheath around the erectile chambers ( Patel 2015, Nat Rev Urol ). That’s the prevailing model for how scarring develops in the penis.

There are also case reports of men developing severe tissue damage from unsupervised or improvised devices. For example:

• Vacuum device complications: ischemia, skin necrosis, and ulceration after unsupervised negative-pressure use ( Garaffa 2004, BJU Int ).
• Constriction/“garroting” injuries: permanent scarring and loss of function when bands or tight devices are applied for too long ( Santucci 2004, J Urol ).
• Weighted “hanging”: specifically discouraged in medical reviews because of the high risk of severe injury ( Cowper et al. 2019, Sex Med Rev ).

By contrast, properly designed traction therapy has been studied in a therapeutic context — not as a cause of fibrosis but as a treatment for it. For instance, traction has been shown to improve length in men with Peyronie’s disease and after surgery ( Chung 2013, J Sex Med ; Usta 2016, Sex Med Rev ). The key difference is that these studies use medically-engineered devices, structured protocols, and medical oversight.

In our clinic, this isn’t just theoretical — it’s what we see every week. A significant portion of our reconstructive caseload is men who DIYed enlargement with cheap extenders, hangers, or pumps, and ended up with scarring or deformity. Some can be repaired, but others require far more extensive (and costly) reconstruction than if they had started with safe, evidence-based methods.

So the takeaway isn’t “expensive = better.” The takeaway is that untested devices without research or supervision often mean gambling with the only penis you’ll ever have.

Hey fellas its been months since my procedures i really wish i didn't do the underside didn't give me any positive benefits ill probably have to go see Carney n redo my Circumcision and see if he can remove a Nodule i hot on the underside as hes the only one i trust with this kind of work. I posted some pics of what its looking like right now. I was better off staying with 3 rounds.

The doctor at Avanti was able to mitigate the appearance of my Nodule with just an injection and a bit more filler.

There was a user on here that I remember replying to that did get a Circumcision after getting filler and he reported that he lost a bit of filler or something to that effect.

I'd have to search for that post but I'd probably avoid redoing the Circumcision and maybe look at a Kenalog shot to help break up the Nodule.

PS I've been using a hog stretcher and 612PrintedPolymers "middle reliever" with the retention area flipped on itself and it doesn't squish the filler area as much.

Still pretty tricky to get on since they don't make them that big, but I think the guy shares the design files so a DIY one might be possible (or commissioned for enough $$$)
