Almost 24 hours in and things are looking crazy. My penis is super bruised and sore alll over. I’ve been heating and massaging every 2 hours and it’s been beating me up - it’s definitely hard to figure out what’s swelling and what’s filler so I’m just massaging the whole area. I think that I‘ve been doing a pretty good job at keeping things extended thus far. I know that things will be changing rapidly for the next several days, but I’m definitely hoping that a significant amount of this size is swelling because as of now this is way bigger than I was hoping for. It appears that I have a little void around mid shaft that I have been trying to work some filler from my base into, but haven’t been having much luck. There’s also a gap between my glans and the shaft, but I’m hopeful that a lot of the fluid up near my glans is just swelling which will reduce on its own. Hopefully Ian can help me reshape things a little at my follow up appointment this AM.

Honestly brother it looks good. Ya there’s swelling and that’ll go down. And the bruising is rough - but once all that clear it looks really uniform. Stay positive. Somebody told me the hardest part about all of this is the mental aspect. You’re gonna go through phases of excitement and then regret. But stay true tot he process and remember what you’ve learned from others. I you got this brother. I’m about to go into my appointment now.

I ended up getting 20. It looks good imo. Circ area is all swollen so it’s hard to tell. It’s definitely hard to move around. I haven’t been able to move the filler closer to the circ scar. Nor have I been able to move it to the base. I’m now switching from a hot shower to a warm rag. Might be an irrational fear but I’m scared the rag and shower are too hot or do you think that’s not possible unless you’re scolding yourself? Unfortunately I do t have my zen Hanger - I do have my weighted gland ring so I’m getting some hang but not as much as I’d like. I’ll be back home tomorrow night so I’ll definitely hang then

Nice dude! I'm curious to see how both of ours turn out, considering that we got the same amount of filler albeit with different products. I've found that a hot rag works well. I've just been microwaving wet rags. I've been getting them as hot as I can handle having on my skin without burning, and then warming my Dick for several minutes with the rag before I start shaping. It seems to be working, but it does require a lot of pressure to get the product to move. Def more pressure than I was anticipating, it's not comfortable but necessary. Hope things are going well for you. The swelling that you are likely seeing now should start to die down in the next 24 hours, at least mine did. I'm still quite swollen though so very much still in the thick of things.

48 hour update! There was a lot of bruising and swelling over the past day - which has finally started to go down in the past few hours, and I’m happy with how things are shaping up! There has definitely been some buildup of fluid above my circ line which I have been able to move back into place after heating it up. My Balls are also huge at the moment thanks to a bunch of fluid building up, but I’m confident that will also reduce with time. All in all I have been super impressed with Avanti. Dr. Morales was kind and professional and Ian has been an absolute legend throughout the whole process. I have been meeting with him twice a day to help move any filler that has gone out of place and he even gave me an extra red light therapy session today to help with my swelling.


As far as my accommodations are concerned, I’m quite happy that I have an apartment rather than staying in the hotel room. I have access to a microwave for heating up rags to shape the filler, a stove so I have been able to cook for myself which has been great so I don’t have to leave the building to get food too often, a table so I have been able to get a bit of work done, and I’m still paying less than I would have if I stayed at The Grand Tijuana Hotel. If anyone is interested the in staying here building is called Life Cosmopolitan, and it’s less than a 10 minute walk to the office. There were multiple Airbnb listings for this building when I was booking so you should be able to find one if you’re interested.


I’ll have one more session with Ian this afternoon, another first thing tomorrow morning, and then I will fly back home tomorrow afternoon. I’m 100% committed to continue following my aftercare to a T, but am definitely looking forward to being able to get more than 2 hours of sleep in the coming days lol. I’ll keep updating regularly.

Well, I am in a similar boat. Basically I'm just opting to go for a tapered look.

So ~4.75" in Girth at the tip then transition to 5.25-5.5 at Circumcision scar, 6.25 after Circumcision scar and ~6.5 at base.

Oddly enough the swelling post procedure after my first round is basically what I'm going for. More Girth at the circ line but this look.

Hey guys, sorry for dropping off the radar. Things got wild quickly after my procedure. While I was in Tijuana for the procedure, I actually landed a job offer. Since then, I’ve started that job and moved across the country — all while sticking to my aftercare routine. I wouldn’t recommend making big life changes so soon after the procedure, but sometimes you don’t get to choose the timing.

Despite the hectic circumstances, I’m incredibly happy with how things have shaped up. My shaft looks uniform and natural, and I’ve gained approximately 0.5” along the entire length.

Length: 6.5” → 6.5”
Base Girth: 5” → 5.5”

Mid-shaft: 4.5” → 5”

Below glans: 4.25” → 4.5”

For the first couple weeks, I had quite a bit of swelling above my Circumcision line. Most of my massaging was focused on that area because I was concerned about the transition from glans to shaft looking unnatural. Thankfully, that swelling eventually subsided, and with consistent massage, the shape started looking much more uniform and natural.

In terms of supplements and nutrition, I’ve been taking peptides and drinking bone broth daily to support healing, alongside sticking to a healthy diet. I started going to the gym again around 2 weeks post-op but refrained from cardio initially. I began incorporating cardio, like running, around weeks 3-4, and around that time I also felt comfortable hitting legs again.

Before the procedure, I was in what I’d call pencil-Dick territory — decent length, but long and thin. Average, sure, but not in a way most partners would call ideal. Now I feel like I’ve crossed over into genuinely above-average territory, both visually and in terms of feel during sex. It’s given me a big confidence boost. That said, I was never looking to be in custom condom territory or have some monster Girth. I just wanted to feel more proportionate — and I’m incredibly happy with what some on this forum might consider minor gains. For me, they’ve made a major difference.

The process was definitely a roller coaster. There were moments I was genuinely worried about how things would turn out, and I made a few mistakes along the way.
Biggest blunder? I had sex around Day 8 — way too early. It hurt like hell, and my Dick looked wild the next day. Luckily, I was able to massage and compress things back into shape, and I avoided any long-term issues. But I would not recommend testing your luck like I did. Wait it out. That said, I had sex again recently (with my ex) now that I’m fully healed — and the new Dick blew their mind. It was a serious confidence boost and made all the effort feel worth it.

I do have a small Nodule near one of the entry points. It’s firm, visible, and palpable, but it’s been shrinking over time. I’ve been managing it with targeted massage 2–3 times per day and will continue monitoring it.

As for extending, I’ve mostly tapered off. I’ll still use it occasionally if I notice swelling or asymmetry. I used my Zen Hanger a bit in the first few days after the procedure, but honestly, I preferred the ball Hanger that Avanti Derma provided — it felt more natural and easier to wear. I also think it helped that I don’t naturally suffer from a lot of retraction. That probably made it easier to maintain shape and avoid complications early on.

Also, I want to say that I’m incredibly impressed with Avanti Derma. The entire team was professional, supportive, and informative. Their post-op care was and incredibly useful, and I felt like they genuinely wanted me to get the best possible outcome. I’d recommend them to anyone considering this procedure.

I’m still noticing some small changes from time to time — I’m 25 years old, so my collagen could still be stabilizing slightly for a couple more weeks. As of now, I’m not sure if I’ll go back for a follow-up session. I’m happy with my size, but potentially I might return in the future to smooth out any small irregularities or get the Nodule corrected if things change.

Overall, I’m really pleased — especially considering how chaotic the past month has been. This process takes patience, consistency, and a bit of trust in the healing. But the gains are real, and I’m feeling good. Happy to answer any questions or share more if it helps someone else going through it.

Hey I'm curious regarding your high cut Circumcision, can the PMMA be injected above the Circumcision scar, under the remaining Foreskin ?
I thought that PMMA can only be injected below the Circumcision scar
