Where did you schedule to have it done? Did you read the Aftercare thread? As for your goal, keep in mind that it really depends on your individual anatomy and amount of filler provided. For me, I got it done at Avanti and had a mix of 21 cc’s 30/10% filler for a final .7 Inch gain from one round. I will eventually get to my goal of 6.5 with a second round but I have no complaints from wifey, so no rush. On that note - I’ve read that most guys tell their partner and some have involved them in the process. I didn’t tell her, which was a mistake. I thought I’d surprise her but the gain for me felt significant. So I essentially broke her trust because of the fact that I didn’t involve her. You can read the details on my Buyers Remorse thread. Long story short, if you have a partner - be honest. If you don’t yet, I would say that so long as it looks natural, no one will really care. I think once guys on here start exceeding the 6 Inch Girth range, it will likely look unnatural, more so when Flaccid not so much when Erect (search the pig in the blanket). Make sure you post before and after pictures and follow the aftercare advice to a tee for optimal results. And no masturbation or sex for at least the 6 weeks max they recommend. This endeavor is an elective one that happens to potentially impact the **mutual intimacy** of you and your partner, positively or negatively. Furthermore, *hiding things they will inevitably find out* are only good as Birthday Surprises or Spontaneous Getaways. Beyond that, this can actually trigger the opposite effect of an *"oh wow, you did this for me?"* reaction. They may wonder why you felt compelled to do this **(especially if sex or intimacy has been good)** and could feel threatened that your pursuit for a larger Phallus may imply you wish to go on more phallic adventures -- in other words, getting a bigger penis while in an already happy relationship behind their back could suggest you wish to be more promiscuous, even if that isn't the intent. Since this topic is about women specifically, I can tell you that the vast majority of positive reactions to these gains were with spouses/long-time partners who were a part of the journey, and that knowing you can trust them and not made felt ashamed for your desire to get bigger only strengthens your relationship. You may also learn they are adamantly against it, especially if they believe you are "large enough," or that the potential complications (even if uncommon) outweigh the impact on your overall sex with her. In a nutshell, from my many years following the PE scene (well before the advent of the PhalloBoards nearly 15 years ago), having your woman informed, and even better on board, is the way to go! The physical part of our relationship faded a long time ago due to medical reasons. Needles to say I spent the last few years trying manual pe just to see if it worked. I was fairly consistent, but no gains from the effort. I found alternative on this board, and I became obsessed. I went ahead and did the procedure without saying a word. I knew if I tried to discuss it I would be met with insecurity and guilt and ultimately wouldn’t go through with it. The reasoning is I want what I want and didn’t want the regret if I didn’t do it. I would not recommend this strategy, but ultimately I did it for myself and no other reason. If I have to come clean I will and pay the price then. As it is I don’t have any regret and certainly have enjoyed the journey, but it would have been better if I could have been open about it and supported. I let my girlfriend know and we talked about it and she was super cool. She just didn’t want it to be too big. Today I just had 21cc of 30% and it looks massive. It’s going to be hard to work it in… but if I didn’t tell her that would not be easy to explain. Now to the aftercare. I’ll let you know what she says when I see her this weekend!
