Day 3 and I’m enjoying this temporary size so much! We had to skip the other light therapy today due to the gel they use possibly contaminating my leaking entry point. Good news is it’s only lymph fluid and NOT filler. Ian says everything looks good and that my swelling is mostly gone which is making my filler a little harder to manipulate. He only had to do a couple of small adjustments today so that says a lot. I’ve just been wearing a compression bandage (I learned this from another fella in the forum) and using my Hanger.

I slept face down last night with two firm (couch?) pillows under my thighs to form a gap to dangle my penis so there was no pressure on it and used the bed pillows to support my upper body and head. Worked like a charm!

Flaccid Girth is about 5.75 today and my Erect Girth is 6.25.

After seeing the red light therapy I think I'll add that to my extending routine.

Apparently I only need 6 minutes a day.

I ordered it myself after dealing with an issue where fluid and filler were pooling around my circ scar. Another member had used it to maintain shape and it seemed like a good idea! Here’s the link

Is that a single layer of the bandage or it doubled over on itself?

Any bandages underneath? I think Ian advised me to use their sterile gauze as an in-between when I brought it up on my first round.

It’s like a stretchy tube bandage. I was told to use gauge under if my entry points were still leaking.

Looks like urowrap. Comes in a spool like a firehose, I got an absolute mountain of it on Amazon.
I got the same guidance regarding entry points and gauze.
I was also warned not to wrap too close to the base - but I also might have had my filler set differently, or added in diferent volumes different places. I dont think that specific piece of guidance is one-size-fits-all.

I thought Avanti gives out urowrap? They give out a hanger but not a wrap?

This stockinette or tubular wrap needs to be in the smallest <2in diameter size. I found a slightly cheaper one than the one that Tmartin304 posted.

I figure I’ll wear it for 7-10 days post procedure. It’s been good for maintaining shape and preventing edema.

Day 6 and things are looking pretty good. With a little massage in the shower and a light coconut oil massage here and there I’m hoping to encourage some good collagen production. I haven’t lost much size since day 1 (maybe .25”) so I’m sitting at around 5.75” Flaccid and around 6” Erect.

If only my Flaccid could hang like that. Heck, I think I'd take a swinging Flaccid hang than an actual increase increase in Erect length (although I'd like that too) if I had to pick only one choice.

Day 9 update. Things are looking pretty good! I still have some puffiness around the underside of my circ scar so I’ve been wearing tubular bandage to kinda keep it out of there as much as I can. I’m Hanging about 3-4hr a day.

My partner says it looks huge to her. From my angle with the size of my hands, it looks regular still. I’ve attached a couple pics where I can tell angle is EVERYTHING. I’m definitely already planning my next round at AD for late summer to ge time closer to my goal.

Are you gaining 1/2 inch with every visit to Advanti Derma?

I need to plan my visit to AD. How many days did you stay?

Also I guess from your perspective it might seem normal proportionally to your hands. But a lot of male pornstars are short. Also the females are even shorter.

I can actually speak on this!

My bf and I got accepted into porn by their parent company, vixen. I was scheduled to be in blacked, he was supposed to be in vixen/deeper

Most of the guys in blacked and normal porn are about 7-9in. HOWEVER The measurement is entirely self reported. Meaning they’re actually around 6.5 - 8.25 in reality. Additional the girls are preferred to able to be extremely petite to give the illusion that these guys are massive.

The guys typically have to be smaller in stature except for a few.. like Jason or Jax slayher.. the guys have to be smaller because they just want the shot of the dick being as massive as posible. It also lends itself to guys saying they’re 11in, which is the only way for a guy to get an interview. But the only thing they look for is

At 5’4 135 I was told I’d be too big to shoot with many guys because it would throw off their illusional proportions if customers see a guy next to a normal size girl. The girls are selected to be usually with VERY small hands

My bf at 6’0 220 and ~7.5in was told his dick was decent but next to his quads it’ll look off on camera. If he was 6’4+ he could fill a similar trope to Jason where he could lean into his stature being hot or if he were skinny they could do camera magic

Long story short we declined after a day of shooting to go any further because it was very very toxic to body standards and that’s not our style. Don’t pay attention to this stuff

How tall are you btw? I'm 6ft but my quads aren't as big which would probably make me look small by comparison. You legs would definitely crease it, I'm actually trying to cut down since I'm weighing 215 now but it's probably due to water retention and Creatine.

I gained a 1/2” my first round definitely! I’m almost at my two week mark with this round so I’m not sure yet until it settles a bit more. I typically stay 4 days there to make sure I have time to get my aftercare down and be sure my entry points are all closed up before I fly.

So I’m 5’11 and 215lbs. My thighs are between 27”-28” and coupled with massive hands, it makes my D look disproportionate ha ha

Week 2 update. Things are looking pretty good and there hasn’t been much fluctuation in size in a while. I’m beginning to see veins again slightly so I guess that’s a good sign. I’ve worked out more of the “fluff” from the bottom side of my circ scar so it’s looking a little more tapered at the head. Due to the amount of filler I now have I think it’s retracting way less than it used to but I’m still waiting to see what happens with that.
I’m still avoiding the hot tub for a bit since last round I believe two weeks wasn’t long enough and it felt like some of my filler had “thinned out” somehow after using my hot tub or at least that’s how it felt to me. I’m still massaging a few times a day to stimulate collagen growth and also taking a collagen supplement. I’m still sleeping on my back and not wearing underwear due to my underlying fear of “squishing” my filler somehow. HA HA.

Gonna start planning my trip, although I dunno about carrying that much cash into Mexico. Still should be fine since it's under the $10,000 limit. Is it cheaper to pay cash vs credit for things while down there? Like at the steakhouse, hotel, Avanti, other cab rides? Did Avanti recommend you a reputable cab service to use while there?

Anyway your results look really even. I've been extending everyday while I'm sitting around watching a show using the hog extender from honestpe with 10-12 lb of resistance 25 min at a time.

Also i remember before I got my first procedure I read through a lot of threads. Besides itgoesthud and Alias9 two users went beyond 7in girth:

As far as hanging,- what did Avanti Derma say is safe to do? I think I tried vac hanging after one month and kind of caused a dent or something not really noticeable. But I guess using a noose style hanger and then what like 1-3 lb or that's too much? Hanging 1-3lb with a noose style hanger after the procedure is that recommended to prevent turtling?

I also have the pump that mimics the phalback method. I can say that vibration speeds up packing the tube vs a traditional pump.
