I'm only 3 weeks post surgery so I know it still has lots to do in terms of healing. Based on how it looks now, I assume I'll need some work to make it look better. Scar management and probably filler to make it more uniform. How long do people wait after a surgery on a penis to do filler? Since filler is what caused this mess...and the misinformation/doc who did it, I'm hesitant to add more. I'm sure I'd do HA if at all and that sounds like $6k a year to maintain it. That's alot. I'm not very optimistic at the moment so gathering information helps me feel a little more empowered. This kind of assessment might not be for a good 6+ months out minimum, and even then I'd personally recommend against it unless you're given the all clear by a Surgeon who specializes in penis reconstruction or penile plastic surgery. Hyaluronic Acid (HA) does have a strong safety profile but $6k for annual maintenance of sizeable Girth is pretty reasonable. Prior to the advent of injectable Phalloplasty, people would have traded kidneys to jump condom brackets. This is an elective luxury, the fact that we have these price points (to be fair, HA tends to be 7k+) in face of inflation is remarkable.
