Flaccid: 4” x 4” GE Target 1-1.5" gain with emphasis on Girth first round. I plan on having 2nd and 3rd rounds with emphasis on aesthetics Narrative: As we embark on a new year, I told myself that I was going to commit to bettering every aspect of my life. My career, health, etc. I’ve been wanting to enhance my experiences with intimacy and I stumbled across one of you had PMMA done with AD. I was intrigued and took the next few months researching and even reaching out to a few of you to get your experience. I received nothing but rave reviews on the PMMA procedure and the work that Avanti Derma does. I saw Avanti was running a winter special, so I took it upon myself to reach out and book my first round in January. Hotel and shuttle are booked. I had a flight voucher I was able to use from switching flights this past thanksgiving, so my airfare this round is free. Now finally it’s time. My appointment is tomorrow morning. I’m excited and nervous at the same time. I’m looking forward to this next chapter of my life, and I’m hoping 3-6 months from now I’ll have a healthy sex life, be in better shape, and be more spiritually focused. I’ll be on a whole new trajectory in my life, and when I do eventually have a family, I’ll be able to pinpoint to this exact period in my life where I dug deep and made a commitment to myself. Thank you to everyone who’s posted their progress on here as your experiences were of immense importance as I was researching on whether or not to go through with this. Wishing you all the best for the procedure. Sounds like you read the Aftercare thread, which is good. I know you mentioned that the viagra doesn't help with an Erection; I would talk to Ian from AD and see if he would still recommend some inducing medicine. If you got the utmost package, then it includes medication that helps you with protracting. I was taking half a tab of tadalafil, which is a generic type of Cialis they sell in TJ to help keep me in the prolonged state. I think it definitely made a difference so as not to turtle/shrink especially when those first 3 days are so crucial for the absorption period. It's crazy how much your mental state affects your physical state. While this procedure isn't the answer to your current EQ status, it sounds like you are on a positive path forward to cutting out the crap that seems to be messing with your relationships. That’s what I did. Also, I can empathize with the damage that stereotypes can cause. I’m Asian, not black so not a like for like comparison but at minimum the stereotypes can be harmful to the psyche for sure.
