Does it mean the shaft skin can still be mobile over the shaft ? The filler is an implant that is formed by your body’s collagen and the microbeads that form over the shaft underneath the skin. It’s been described like those mini weiner pig in the blankets, except that when you’re Erect it expands with your shaft. It feels natural when hard; when soft you could technically pinch the filler which feels like play doh (except more gel like) but it stays in place with your shaft. If you have loose skin it moves with it. That’s why some guys pump often before going in, so they have room to add more filler. Everyone’s body is different. But when Erect, you can glide your skin over the PMMA layer, and that PMMA layer will not move relative to the shaft ?
