It's not the same roller coaster, so you aren't going to see drastic week-by-week changes like you would with cellulose based carriers like Linnea. This could be a pro or a con depending on your situation. If my day 7/14/21...70...140, are all the same, there's not a whole lot of info that's worth logging. Also: TJ is pretty Americanized, and hopefully that isn't taken as an insult. The hotel had American TV, had a Carl's Jr across the street, your only real realization that you aren't in the US is when you're coming back on the shuttle and you see the usual street vendors in the lines at the border (which you skip most of because you have a medical tourist pass). But yeah, Bellafill and Linnea aren't going to have similar progressions, so, don't expect the same kind of day by day, week by week progress log.
