No one is able to do that at this time, because when you get an Erection, your penis appears to get longer because there is part of the organ that rests behind the pubic bone that comes outside of the body when an Erection occurs. So right now, there's technically no way to guarantee added Erect length unless you were to surgically add additional tissue to the inside penis, which is currently a medical impossibility. While we have had most patients also see an increase in Erect length (though to a slightly lesser degree than Flaccid increase), Erect length is not something we (or anyone else right now) can guarantee since everyone's body is different.
