For the last 6 months, I have been on these forums near daily consuming all the history and wisdom I can from those that have gone before me into the big dick hall of fame. This place has been worth every penny and believe it not only has bought me peace of mind, but gave me the courage to follow through with the procedure. I am 41, been married for 13 years, have three younger kids, and work as a Product Manager in the software world. I have two physical long term goals: 1. Maintain 10-12% Body Fat throughout my 40s 2. Enhance my penis to 9" x 6.5" Starting on January 10th of 2023, I embarked on a new journey of eating a new way called zerocarb, aka strict carnivore diet. Since then I have not eaten any plants and have dropped from 365 pounds to 245 pounds with a goal to get to 170 pounds by late spring of 2025; my health has skyrocketed across multiple dimensions. I am planning on 3 rounds of PMMA with Avanti Derma and plan to space them out about 6 months, more or less; I plan to have my 2nd round in January of 2025 and 3rd round after having a male tummy tuck in summer of next year which will be necessary after losing nearly 200 pounds. Hopefully at that time I can address any lingering fat pad issues with some lipo if needed. This first round, I am hoping to get upwards of 22ccs of Linnea with as much 30% solution as Dr. Morales feels comfortable with as I focus on girth for round 1; hopefully my length lets me take more material, but my thicker fat pad may have something to say about the matter. Round 2 will be a similar story I imagine, while round 3 will be more balanced between 10% and 30% solutions. Though the picture attached here indicates 7.4" in length, I really am in between 7.5" to 7.7" based on EQ. It says 7.4" here because I am still fat and really struggled to take a picture well. So I am putting my starting stats at: **EL: 7.5" MEG: 5" BEG: 5.2" FL: 4" FG: 3.5"** I walk 4-5 miles every day without exception (unless I am running a fever) and lift weights every other day. Supplements include a Thorne multivitamin, Collagen (youtheory), Cialis 5mg/day, CoQ10, and Jordan Peterson books. My diet consists of copious amounts of Costco Prime grade NY Strip and Ribeyes as well as scrambled egg yolks, bacon, and 80/20 Wagyu ground beef. Sous vide is life. I also have been doing PE off and on for over 20 years. Roughly gained an inch and a half in length and about one tenth of an inch in girth. Currently doing vac extending and Angion method. This will obviously be pausing for the next couple months. Driver picked me up in a nice Toyota Sienna and was very friendly and conversational; recommending places to eat, etc. After checking in at the Grand Hotel Tijuana, I Ubered over to a Brazilian Steakhouse called Churrascaria Do Brazil; was pretty good, especially for the price. Was only $20 a head compared to $60 back in Dallas. The Uber was like $5. After some DMs with [ @Texas](https://phalloboards.info/forum/user/6380043-texas.html) , I came up with a solution for sleeping so that my penis can full hang by gravity. I changed from a single King bed to a room with two Queens. I then took the nightstand and rotated it 90 degrees and then placed pillows across so that my dick can hang in a gap between one of the beds and the nightstand. Now comes the aftercare. Ian and Dr. Morales were everything this forum said they were. Professional. Kind. Personable. That experience was way easier than I thought it would be. I received 11cc’s of 30% and 13cc’s of 10% for a total of 24cc’s of Linnea. They both said that it was a lot of material due to my elasticity and assume length. Penile swelling is down substantially, almost completely. Scrotum is still pretty swollen, but better than yesterday. The pain of wearing the noose constantly is unbearable for me. I have visible irritation bordering on bleeding underneath the glans on the top side. I started using an adhesive bandage on that spot to help protect it which seems to help some. I think something may be happening with the collagen process, but not sure. There are these weird sensations that are some blend between zaps, skin stretching, and itchiness, though none of those words are in and of themselves accurate. Just no way to describe the sensations that started last night happening around the shaft. Any veterans who have had Linnea (or Bellafill) that can speak into that sensation? You need a cotton one. Like Zen. or have something custom made from like a sweatpant material. 2. always use padding or some wrap, in addition to the noose. it will help wear time. 3. when the irritation has built up to much ( it happens ) let it rest a few hours and switch to the compression wrap, lightly, for a bit. Tips: use lots of arnica creams & calendula oil mix yourself if need be. I just attached the double steel ball noose to the Zen hanger cotton noose to my wrap that covers the area around the lower part of the glans and half way down the shaft; tighter wrap around the glans that progressively gets loosed as it goes down the shaft as to not compress the filler too much. Ian recommended I not do so since I wasn't oozing any product or discharge. I used the wrap just for the area below the head to prevent the irritation, which I can attest does happen.
