Still got some swelling at the neck and what I hope is swelling on both sides towards the base (you can see it more in second pic). Also lots of fluid in my scrotum. 1st pic Erect 2nd pic Erect with Red Bull can that is ~5.5”L and ~6.4” circumference. 3rd pic Flaccid. Flaccid midshaft is 5.5” Flaccid base is 6.75” with the swelling. Another note: my previous bone pressed Flaccid stretch length was 18.2cm. Right now it’s 17.0cm. Perhaps all the material in there is making it harder to pull akin to trying to take a BPFSL measurement with a semi-Erection? I’m not sure. I feel a slight itching sensation here and there that I’d compare to the itch you get when you shave your unit and the hair grows back. Anyone experience this? As far as aesthetics, there is lumpiness which you can see in second picture of the previous post. Just slightly above the base there is a buildup of filler that flairs out to the side then runs down the shaft. I think [ @SoonDigBick](https://phalloboards.info/forum/user/6771538-soondigbick.html) described something similar. It’s even more apparent from the side and bottom view. Also, I have filler at and above the circ line that is very palpable. So these high spots paired with less material midshaft makes for a very lumpy feel in the hand and visually. I hope this doesn’t read as me being dissatisfied - I expected to do at least another round whether that be a full session or touch up and communicated as much to Dr Morales to give her the freedom to focus on girth over aesthetics for this round. Next phase for me is to let the collagen building phase to run its course then consult with [ @Avanti\_Derma](https://phalloboards.info/forum/user/4705343-avanti_derma.html) on whether I need a full round or touch up. As of right now girth erect measurements are: Neck: just shy of 6” Midshaft: slightly above 5.5” Base: 6.25” Coming from a mostly uniform 5” girth. I’d be pretty happy to keep this size while bringing up that midshaft numbers to correct the visual and tactile lumpiness. Any initial thoughts on if a touch up is enough to correct or if a full round is in order? The neck measurement seems to have remained consistent from week 2, whereas midshaft is up approximately .25 Inch. At the base I’m down .25 Inch from week 2 which I’m happy about since I had a bit of bulging on the underside which made for a lumpy feel. I’ll continue to monitor as time goes on but thoughts at this time as far as goals for round 2 would more filler in the midshaft for more uniformity which would lend to a more natural aesthetic. Also there is a very apparent cliff at the neck before the glans that I hope to address. A note regarding condoms. I bought Magnum XL, Durex XXL, and Skyn Elite Large. So far I’ve tried the Magnums and they were a struggle to get on. I had to unroll the condom then insert two fingers from each hand to stretch it over the neck then roll the condom on. Very restrictive at the base where the Magnum tapers, which reminded me of a Cock ring. Pic 1: about 90% erect. For those without premium access, I’m 6” or a hair over at the base, then about 5.5” midshaft, then a hair under 6” just at and above the circ scar. I was previously at a uniform 5-5.1” erect. Pic 2: semi flaccid, showing the under/side profile where there’s a dip. From top view it may not look like it’s a full .5” thinner than the base so I wanted to illustrate where I could use more filler. For reference I’m just under 6.5” BPEL but got a decent fat pad putting my non-BPEL at 5.25”. Also note that round 1 was a girth focused round where I received 18cc of 30% and 3cc of 10% (mostly above circ scar IIRC). Next steps: a smoothing session won’t provide enough volume to even out the midshaft so full round it is. Also I want to taper the neck better as the cliff is very prominent especially when I’m at max hardness. Just need to plan and schedule the trip. Another note, sex has been ridiculously good.
