New Filler cocktails do not have to be now a problem - they can also become a problem later for the person who received it. The News say there are getting used more and more (also in women) in order to reduce costs. @Tyl2704 Its crazy that you do not know now exactly what you got.

Avanti will not do the underside. Rupeka and a few others do. I started another thread specific to the discussion of filler on the underside. There is some good info there.

I can tell that in my case avanti injected in 2019 at -one spot- by accident on the underside. It feels super great. Since I heard from @6x5to6x7 that Rupeka does the underside I ll go to him this year.

I would love to go to avanti again cause Avanti is such a great office. Sadly they do not offer underside.

Especially in hetero men vertical girth is much more important than horizontal girth ( G - Spot ) - so the additional underside option is awesome !

I can speak from real world experience on that. My wife is 47, had 3 kids, and not quite the little tight vixen she was in her 20s. I started my journey at AD. Three procedures with AD before seeing Rupeka.

CMC == "hydrophilic cellulose derivative"
They're basically compounding linnea. PMMA in a cellulose carrier. Personally I've thought (on paper) the faster absorbing carrier has some advantages.

Compounding like that is interesting, while not doubting, I suppose if each individual component is either fda approved, or doesn’t require approval, that may be a way to compound your own Linnea in the USA

I heard through the grapevine that Suneva (manufacturer of Bellafill) would have liked to eventually release a PMMA with a cellulose-like carrier akin to Linnea Safe (used by Avanti Derma in Mexico) -- the reasons aren't entirely clear since the allergen risk of bovine is so remotely low, but then again the very idea that this new filler was possibly in development was more-or-less a rumor in my circles. So this isn't terribly surprising (and perhaps good news?).

He's still got PMMA
CMC is simply the carrier, a cellulose carrier like Linnea
PMMA within CMC (the compounded stuff) instead of PMMA within bovine collagen gel (Bellafill)
So he will have the same permanent results as any other pure-PMMA product.
